Amit : Any specific reason? Lead is 25 PE whereas Indong is 9. Size of Lead is also less, so more subs and less chance of allotment.

Lead is small size, he is trying to get profit as much in short term.
Not Applying as per fundamentals.
Applying as per demand and supply.

@Amit brother, is it your final decision or just testing the sentiments. Reading between the lines, your message tells that you are keenly watching the subscriptions and may decide later around 1430. Am I right, Sir? BTW no offence meant, just a friendly chat.

Thanx to all of you. Nothing to bother n welcome all to express your views n suggestions. Yes i have sent the form of lead to bank n not yet applied in indong. If u all think that indong can also be applied for listing gains most wellcome. Can go for it also .

How many SME in the recent past listed in negative even with poor rating as well as GMP?

@ipo share, good observation, both MM and LM seem to be made for each other, like tea (Indong) and biscuit (Ambo)

Bhai Issue open hi kab hua tha.
But for the information as per my observations, company 1st filed the draft prospectus in NSE SME and than switched to BSE SME. Decided to open the issue in Sep 2022, but postponed it earlier than issue open date due to some reason (may be regulatory issue as company has switched from NSE to BSE also and removed one promoter from the promoter list, mentioned in Risk chapter) as seen in the news paper.
Not for strong recommendation but only for the clarification in the forum.
