But If there is very less possibility of listing gains. Then why should investors buy at this price. We might as prefer to buy from secondary market at discount!
They have board that also chair companies like Tata Steel, Tata Communication, Larsen, PVR, Dalmia Group, REC etc. Albeit the rights may be pursuant to their share holding arrangement but it enhances trust in the company that it is run by such professionals.
Aditya Birla PE, Multiples PE sold IEX shares just ahead of IPO launch becoz this news many applicant reject their application including me...becoz as per profit analysis the price is overvalued my step to back out is right ??
Aditya Birla PE sold shares at a price of Rs1,582.6, while the Multiples PE has entered the share sale agreements at Rs1,617 per share (so avg price is around 1600). The shares will be subject to a one-year lock-in period (as there is a lock in, the purchasers would like tpo have some discount). As the IPO is at 1650 and the shares sold above with lock in are at 1600, both prices are comparable..

Initially they allocated 18,19,501 shares @1650 to 23 als on October 6 and than on October 10 they revised this and allocated 7,89,120 to 11 als and the reason behind this not mentioned.
The message on BSE site is as below:
This is in continuation of the Exchange Notice No. 20171006-45 dated October 06, 2013 regarding Allocation to Anchor Investors in the captioned Issue. In this regard, Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the allocation to Anchor Investors has been revised pursuant to the corrigendum issued by the Company dated October 10, 2017. As per the revised allocation, 11 Als have subscribed to 7,89,120 equity shares at Rs. 1,650/- per equity share. A copy of the Revise Announcement dated October 10, 2017 and Corrigendum Notice issued by the Company in this regard is enclosed herewith for your reference.
Anchor investors cannot backout. But these companies want to maintain good relationship with huge investors. So may be just guessing on some of investors request they reduced the allocation. It simply means anchor investors are paniking.
The backed our Anchors are Nomura, Db International, Small cap world, East spring, NAtional Westminster Bank. There cited the reason that as FPI they are not eligible to participate in the issue.
I had applied in 2 different PANs through Indusind and Yesbank. I could not withdraw from Indusind and Yesbank. So I applied at lower bid for the same PANs in SBI and Axis. Will all 4 be allocated or rejected due to multiple applications for the same PANs. Experts kindly advice.
