As per Red Herring Prospectus (with NSE) Morgan Stanly has been appointed as Stablising agent for doing price stablisation for the first 30days after listing. They will be paid Rs. 1/- + service tax for this. Total amount allocated for this is. 226/- crores (i.e. green shoe option amount). There fore no need to worry that the share will list at a discount.
