In normal circumstances not....as sat and Sundays are counted as 0 days , allotment in t+1 day ie on Monday night refunds on Tuesday .....however ideally once subscription is completed allotment can be done immediately automatically through software...... I have seen instances when ipo closed on Thursday , allotment done on Friday night however unblocking done by banks before 2 pm on Monday except SBI Who unblocked at 3 pm on Monday...

are you sure amount is deducted? Because ofs shares are credited the next day, they also follow T+1 method

​@Shreya goel just don't go with peer comparison. Sector is very hot (peak cycle) due to higher interest rates. thatswhy all the finance related companies are queing up for ipo. the real test comes during the down cycle of lower interest rates. Untill then go with the flow and enjoy the rally.
