IPL’s financial performance has been quite impressive on all counts. While its revenue and EBITDA recorded 37% and 48% CAGR, respectively through FY18- FY21, its net profit recorded a stellar 60% CAGR over the same period. Notably, its EBITDA margin has improved remarkably from 20.8% in FY19 to 29.2% in FY21.
Your question is not clear. If you meant to ask how many lots you need to apply to get minimum lot allocation then here is the answer - it depends on number of times NII category gets subscribed. Suppose if NII category is subscribed 150 times then you need to apply for at least 151 lots to get a confirmed allocation of one lot (plus few additional shares may be allotted on proportionate basis). If you apply for less than 150 lots then your application will go through lottery system and you may or may not get allotment. Also remember that HNI allocation proportion based but you need to be eligible for at least one lot to get confirmed allotment in HNI category. Let me know if you have further questions.

Kring your explanation is very good
Kindly clear one doubt. E.g f oversubscription is 150 guna and if one person applied 140 lot and other one applied 15 lot both have same chances of allotment.
@Grow India, If IPO is oversubscribed by 150 times then the person who applied for 140 lots has better chances of getting allotment compared to a person who applied for 15 lots. This is simply because there will be less number of applications for 140 lots compared to 15 lots. Generally more number of lots you apply more chances of getting allotment. You can refer to any "Basis of Allotment" document for previous IPOs to get a better understanding. Thanks!
I had applied for Burger King issue under NII Category and was allotted one lot of shares. I found it was very expensive to apply under this category. Have stopped applying in NII quota.
How many shares should I buy of Glenmark to be eligible to apply for Glen IPO under shareholder category, one share is enough? If I hold Glenmark shares in my Zerodha account can I apply under shareholder category from my ICICIDirect account?
