KAMMA SHIVA RAMA KRISHNA JI,
In brief,
Gandhi Tube (steel tubes maker) is a good company. Buyback( through tender process) price is 550 which is around 28% up from CMP. But as the Buy back size is very small (1.17%) So, ER is likely to to be below 5% And AR will be below/around 10% (As per present data) Hence it''s not much attractive for tendering in Buyback point of view.
For investment purpose, it may be a good company. ( A 9 rupees dividend is also on the way)
I''ve 2 Lakh to invest. I''m a new-bie. Could you share your views on SBI, Heranba, NCC, JM financials, MRF? I can hold for 6 months to several years. Is there any other stock that I should look into.
Please share your views on SBI, NCC, JM financials, ManaliPetrochemicals, Easytrip, Burgerkings. I''m planning to invest 2 Lakh. Want to make some money for my daughter''s wedding.
Aniket ji, very kind of you. Your guidance is always worth following. Almost every one will be eagerly waiting for your response.Thank you very much once again for your kind views.
All stock which you mentioned doesn''t give good return in short term. You better go with CDSL which can give you very good returns in the short as well as the Long term.
And Ankit Sir it''s really nice of you giving valuable suggestions to people who seek your advice.
Today I''ve applied for IPL ipo through Zerodha BHIM Upi... My amount is blocked but in zerodha i can''t see any record of active application... Is my application successful? Plus I got a message from NSE something like this ..... Dear AXUXXXXX8Q IPO India Pesticides Limited : App no ED1158580***** UPI ID 997545****@upi for Rs 14800.00 received. Please check for UPI-Mandate collect request for blocking of funds- NSEIL..... Please let me know whether my application is successful or not.... If not successful please let me know how I can unblock my amount and reapply. . .
@Shreyas - Once mandate request is received in bhim and you accept the mandate you bid is valid. 404 error ignore as you will get the same error for all mandates. Also you would have received mail from zerodha
Aniket ji, pray for your kind analytical views n guidance regarding buyback of shares of Gandhi Special Tubes Ltd. I am afraid that you might not have seen my prayer at 10:30PM,yesterday. Hence, this post again.
In one IPO, If I will apply 13 times @ 1 lot each, are my applications rejected? and in this way is there more chances to get allotment? Please suggest!

Been noticing some things in the recent past with IPO''s 1) Retail participation has been mind boggling with almost all of them being subscribed multiple times. This is good to note that the general public is more aware of the investment opportunity and are participating enthusiastically. This also adds to the growth story hopefully 2) I am also a little surprised as to how the middle class (lower/middle/upper) have funds to apply consistently in almost all the IPO''s even if they are being held very closely together. I just hope they are not carried away with the hype (but our folks are also smart) 3) I still believe there is scope for even more retailers to participate. In such cases the allotment chances become more slim. Any solution to deal with this problem?

If chances of allotment in primary market are getting low, we have another much bigger market - Secondary market. If you focus and study well in secondary market, you will bet may opportunities to make handsome profits.

All the retail investors don''t apply with their fund for themselves.
There are so many large investors who apply in the names of others by funding them and passing profit on allotment in range of 25% to 50%. Some pay fixed amount per application irrespective of allotment.
@ P Patel. True the 2ary market option is always there. The only problem is, with blockbuster stocks timing the buy is key. Also the maximum benefit one gets is typically from the IPO allotment for blockbuster shares.
The issue is reasonably valued at 25.3x FY21 P/E on post issue basis, vis-à-vis peers (avg. peer P/E of 36.4x), while it enjoys higher RoE of 36% (avg. peer RoE of 21%) - Motilal Oswal
