What small investor like me who is investing for long term at least 20 yrs should do to save at that time on Dividend tax , Ltcg, stcg and any other tax. As the portfolio will be quite huge. And I am already investing form 3 different demat.
Irrelevant question but ur advice will be helpful for others also.

Everything is taxable now a days
Even dividend beyond rs 5000
And LTCG

During IPO, promoters, their relatives, auditors, advocates, government employees who helped them with file movement in secretariat, drivers, local politicians police goondas, tax officers, environmental officers, builders, godman connected with family, bank officers, vendors, biggest customers, custom officers and everyone else who helps to run the business gets rewarded.

Only in Japan and Singapore every thing works on its own. In India, to do business you need to manage everything and everyone. Without it you cannot do business.

Hi, Anyone please clarify me the RII category 11.3 times subscription is 11.3 times unique application from different PAN or total lots applied including applications from same PAN?

if one person apply 2 lac i.e 13 lot then it will be count as 13 Lot while lottery system will count it as only 1 application for draw.

RII subscription more than 11 times, means the number of shares applied was 11 times of assigned shares for retail category. in this calculations all single applications having 1 lot to 13 lots included.

But if you take number of application wise subscription figure then approximately 8.5 times of RII assigned quota. Therefore, one lot out of 8.5 will get allotment during lottery in retail category.

No issue if eagle 👀 not responding

everytime you apply ipo it asks every detail of demat account which is not required.

Dear Chittorgarh admin,
Suggestions from my end.

1. A separate tab can be created where members can just post current GMP. The time and date will be captured on its own. Only numeric (decimal numbers) allowed in that tab.

2. Divide the comments in Pre-IPO and Post-IPO segment.
In Pre-IPO discussion posts related to company fundamentals, discussions if a member will apply for IPO etc. will be discussed.
In Post-IPO discussion, first, LOCK the Pre-IPO Discussion and second, all the useless talk about "I got allocated", "I said so" etc. etc will be there.

This is needed in case someone wants to refer to Pre-IPO discussion of company they don''t have to scroll to the 10th page to refer it.
