Well, on a serious note SBI has been reported having issues related to UPI like no mandate, delayed release of funds, non-acceptance of over Rs 1L for IPO (where in RBI has allowed Rs 5L limit). You may seriously consider switch over to some better bank.

Use asba only ..

In JNK my fund is still blocked in sbi account though i have not received any allotment
You can mail sbi about this and also the registrar.
They will take care of it no worrie.

Whenever amount in unblocked. First thing is mail the registrar. They'll mail specific team/person in Bank for unblock. If mailed to customer care of bank. It'll take time. This is my personal experience.

In JNK, I applied UPI using PhonePe from my SBI account. Neither allotted shares nor amount unblocked. Already sent mails to Registrar and SBI but no use. They don't even respond. Linkintime is also behaving like SBI. Don't bother to even update on action taken by them.
There is some structural problem in using UPI for IPOs as third party (PhonePe etc) is involved in addition to Bank. Most of the time, convenience of using late hour option of UPI is becoming more of a problem to get the amount unblocked.

Who have issue raise a complaint in phone pe app .

As they say do not fix it, if it is not broken, so enjoy SBI while you can..

Ideally any 3rd party is not allowed. But you can try your luck, sometimes it works.

We were almost ready for our IPO, but withdrew it at the last minute (just before filing DRHP). We couldn't reach an agreement within the family. One member of our family preferred to live a comfortable life (as we do now) and didn't want to deal with the day-to-day issues of a listed company (regulatory compliance, share price movements, investor reactions, etc.).

We're well aware that being listed is the only way to create wealth. But we have realized that we didn't need much of it.

Most of our friends from the business world (some running listed companies) advised us against it as they knew us well. They said it wouldn't suit your personality :). Just relax and enjoy your life.

We live a peaceful life in Udaipur, a small town in Rajasthan. We spend a lot of time with our children, extended family and friends. Thats makes us real happy.

 Bcoz stock market closed on 3.30 p.m. and banks closed mostly by 4 p.m. Stock market traders k liye itna off kaafi ha😎So habitual day traders can do some serious😜🤣 day trading in commodity bcoz most of us have boring day today. Moreover the hoax news of bomb threat circulated in DELHI-NCR region created some panic during the day.

Yes.. You will have to contact at .. KFIN Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad for dematerialization.. The procedure is some what lengthy..There are forms ISR-1, ISR-2, ISR-4, SH-13 etc which should be filled in order to complete KYC and dematerialiazation.. Just google forms you will get detailed info..

Contact to Kfin... they will guide you the process.. 👍

I am in the same process of Dematerialization of my uncle's Supreme Petrochem Ltd shares.. I have completed the KYC process.. Only thing is I Don't have latest original share certificates which we need for dematerialization. (if there is share split we need latest original share certificate)

Best way is to put Buy order at Upper Circuit price or double the price of Issue price which is considered as Upper circuit till 9.45 am.. Now a days all GM brokers does the same for pre opening Buying and selling.. since these orders get executed as volume available.
