BSE listed Welcast Steels 75% owned by AIA Engg is proposed to be delisted. Reverse Book Building is scheduled to open on 7th May and will close on 13th. Indicative price is 1550 per share. The share is now trading at around 1800.
@Admin @ Chittorgarh.com and other members who know more about this Company and RBB process may share their views for the benefit of the minority shareholders of Welcast Steels.

I have little knowledge about rbb.
Promoters need 90% of total paid up equity to delist successfully. Now here they need approx 79k shares more to reach the number and they are offering 1550 per share. Since cmp is more than this, investors may not accept this offer ,then promoter might increase the offer to successfully delist.
This is what i know. Other members can correct me if im wrong.

According to information available to me, Fulford India got delisted from BSE at about 3 times the indicative price of 1150 per share by the Promotors.

First time in life sold 4 app at 7.5k of 2L for Vodafone.
After FPO have to give large amount to dealer.
nothing left on hand after calculating tax & brokerage.

Now decided not to deal in gray, check gray only to make decision on apply or skip.

lesson learnt with cost.

RATES at 5.50% as of now

Expectations: Rates Unchanged

Possibly the last or 2nd last pause in rates🤞

Might see 25bps reduction on 12 June or 31 july. If election results in expected line and 25bps rate cut in America then sharp rally expected in Indian market.

@Rakcyt @Kailash sharma ECB cutting rates in June is also one to watch out for, probability is slim though. The FED interest rate cut is now a good thing for Biden & Co. to have going into the elections, they would surely want to utilize it at the pristine moment, which for the time being is not coming soon

All experts..Need 1 help in understanding "THIRDPARTY" rejection.

I have an ICICI account where i am maintaining 2 minors account. Both minors account are linked with 1 upi id each. I applied via Prostocka from both accounts. 1 got alloted and another rejected with THIRDPARTY reason as per registrar mail.

Further as a precautionary step, i checked PAN in both the accounts and found my PAN is also present in minors account.

Now i am confused. Registrar is saying to connect with Broker(Prostocks) and Bank(ICICI) and it seems both of them do not have concrete information of reason. Not blaming :)

Further if i consider that due to my PAN linked with UPI ID, its rejected then both should be rejected. Please guide me what to do.

If you are using ICICI minor bank account, it will show minor PAN while applying via ASBA(Assuming you have 2 different PAN for both Minors).
If its not showing(instead showing your PAN) you need to get updated, for testing you can just try ASBA application in both accounts and see what PAN its showing,.
Common mistake ICICI would have not updated minor PAN.

Thanks Rajiv.. you are absolutely right.. though i dont use ASBA due to some constraint at my side only.. however i checked ASBA and for both accounts, Only my PAN is showing there. I went to ICICI branch and submited the request to update PAN for both the accounts.

But my confusion is for both accounts i used respective UPI ids linked to both minors.. 1 got alloted and another rejected. How is this possible.

Assuming you applied before updating PAN, so, in both accounts, since your PAN was updated, they might considered one as duplicate and rejected.
Also 3rd party is ideally not allowed. but in sometimes it allowed randomly( for me it was rejected for VI which worked had earlier), so cannot say it always works.
If its after updating minor's PAN in bank, I might not sure. ideally it should be allowed. You can verify in prostocks also if PAN is updated accordingly.

Yes PAN in bank account is updated today. In prostocks, PAN number is correct in demat accounts. 1 more thing, Name in accounts are like MinorName UG ParentName and in another where did not got allotment is MinorName(MINOR)

While applying I normally remove minor or u/g parents(extra chars) via ASBA, just keep the name which matches the PAN.
It should not be a problem for UPI as long as PAN matches in account. Now its updated, you should not face issues I feel.

"If the amounts blocked in a bank account of the applicant do not match the bank account linked to the demat account, we will ask the banks to confirm whether the bank account belongs to the applicant.

If the bank confirms that it is a third party, we reject, otherwise the same is accepted."

Remember that there is still a grey area. In cases where the bank doesn't respond in a timely manner, the 3rd party applications gets processes as valid apps.

While the registrar doesn't provide specifics on how many banks don't respond, our understanding is that it's very difficult for banks to respond in such a short period of time.

Even before the IPO deadlines were shortened, most banks didn't respond.

Thanks @Admin @ Chittorgarh.com for all your efforts. I am not able to digest one thing only..I applied from 2 accounts from ICICI for 2 minors with their respective UPI ids created. How come 1 alloted and 1 rejected. 2ndly as Parent PAN was present in both minors account, again if PAN is reason, both should have been rejected.

Related to your point of information gathered, yes bank account in demat was different (SBI) from the one from where upi is accepted(ICICI) But this is same from day 1.

@Raju IPO Brother I am maitaining Minor demat account in Prostocks and bank account in ICICI which provides UPI facility. But we need to manually update PAN number for minors as you can see in this thread. I dont have ICICI demat account.
