​@Chhote Lal Isn't it something similar. I remember Take being into in clinical trials & bioequivalent studies and pharmacovigilance. Something which these guys are also into . However take went down the hill I guess and sold everything off. I made some losses on it and never tracked it again, to start with they had too much debt. ​@Nmanoff You are right , Take solution as mentioned in my first post is into clinical trials as CRO( Lab Research > validation >phases in clinical trials> Tech transfer to pharma Industry) which is risky affair as company may close down any time if there is not enough contracts coming . It also need huge Capex with cost of high tickets sophisticated instrument and infra . My personal interaction being into Life Science industry with CRO doesn't vouch good .

However , Indegene is into IT related work with data management of life Science companies for bringing efficiency into the system and nothing to do with CRO or clinical trials etc.

I opened account in bob ..please comment about fund unblocking in ASBA…weather timely unblock so that I can use in Aadhar or tbo ipo or apply through sbi asba which bank release fund fast.

I use BoB ASBA and usually funds gets unblocked by 2pm the next day of BoA but their SMS comes very late.

​@Caarlos One may use any bank for daily usage and IPO applications as per hish wish and feedback from others but I think any PSU Bank's image should not be tarnished mere on the instances of a few late fund releases. I am usgin SBI ASBA since many years, got many allotments and am happy.

No PNB does not have linked fd feature, but it has something like ActiveMoney which creates FD for the balance above a threshold. Until that is not broken it earns FD interest. @RokdaMaker

Like Rakesh , Buffet also admits there is no one way , not all win win situations are there , admits wrong decisions and heavy losses made in between.

When one get experienced then this quote works fine as what and when to pick up fundamentally good stock upon fall at support levels .But not all fallen apples are good as some will be rotten too !

I have opened a kotak minor account for my daughter in chennai Kotak branch and submitted form at branch to add her dp id with her pan to bank account. But they are unable to add her dp id (opened with prostocks) to her kotak bank account for past 1 month - anyone faced such situation with kotak or how to resolve it? Any help/suggestions is appreciated.

Aashar and TBO closes on 10th. Indegene money will be unblocked by 10th afternoon (mostly all banks do it) & you can use it for the others

Apply 1 lot in 2 retail/PAN. No use applying 13 lots in retail when its sure shot going to be oversubscribed in retail & allotment is going to be lottery.

Plz suggest online broker to opening a new Demat account where annual amc is free account

Will the funds of this IPO be released on time to use it for the IPO's closing on 10th May?

It depends on bank, most of the banks release early so you can use for other 2 IPOs.

Aadhar - Low premium, high chance of allotment

So decide accordingly

I am trying to understand this 'Linked FD' concept. Thanks in advance for any inputs.

Does this mean that, if I have 10 lakh FD in RBL (as an example) and zero in my savings account
1) Can I still apply for IPO through ASBA route ?
2) If yes, then will interest be paid on FD for the duration of block period ?
3) On allotment, will FD automatically break (incurring FD cancel charges) and the amount gets debited from the account ?

3) You should keep a certain amount in savings ready, because when allotment is received, the balance in savings is used first and later the FD gets broken. So if on allotment in case you have sufficient savings balance, FD does not break @Esparando

​@Esparando You need to maintain minimum balance in savings Ac..NOT zero.

1. Yes you can apply for IPO in ASBA OR UPI mode.
2. Yes, interest will be paid, because money is just blocked never leaves youe Ac!!
3. If you do not have sufficient balance then only FD gets broken, yes there will be penalty if broken but keep sufficient balance in savings Ac so that FD does not break...
