Which brocker open dmat account with in one or two days

I opened 5 zerodha acs of family members last month.. it took 24 to 36 hrs for complete activation..

Dhan opened our account and even activated it within 12 hours.

Disclaimer : I am just an long term investor with no vested interest in any broker :)

As per some analysists, there will always be a hangover in Indegene for the reason:
1. No identifiable promoters having substantial skin in the game.
2. Post-IPO, 49% stake would still be with financial investors namely Carlyle, Brighton Fund, Nadhathur Family office. They are expected to sell off from time to time.

Is there such Companies with such shareholding pattern for study purposes.

​@DuckSleazzy Since you got 1.5L, you can only apply in retail not HNI..

So apply in all three IPOs in retail 1 lot worth 15000 rupees. More accounts you apply from more chances for allotment.

Ho Guys. I got around 6 Lakh of Funds and can apply in Indegene and Tbo Tek. I have only 1 demat account. How should I go for it?

TBO allotment chances less, profit more.

2 ) In current account can we make Money Multiplier FD in ICICI In HUF Account and when interest will be credited for the FD?
3) When interest will be credited in Yes Bank sweep In FD for saving account? We can select while applying FD?

​@SMEARV Hello Sir, I personally do not operate any HUF a/c and no inclination in future too (UCC once implemented will result in HUF existence to abolish). Nor do I have any experience with Yes Bank and FD interest thereof. Sorry, not able to extend any help. However, regarding HUF through ICICI you may refer to this link

I've been diligently applying for IPOs via linked FD through Kotak Bank for the past year, yet I've not received a single allotment. Has anyone in the group successfully received an allotment through Kotak FD?

I'm wondering if my lack of allotment is simply bad luck, or if there might be an issue with the linked FD mechanism. Any insights or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated.

​@RahulAgr If applications are getting submitted successfully, there is no other factor for non-allotment than 'luck'. BTW, have you applied in VI FPO where allotments were easy?

​@RahulAgr non allotment thru linked FD in Kotak is due to over subscription only I believe. I also didnt get any allotment in kotak till now after starting applying thru linked FD.

Here is my review of 3 banks I use for the IPO application. I'll try to cover everything we need for smooth IPO application.
1. ICICI * cut off time - 3pm
* Linked FD - Yes (works very smooth, you get extra time to add money in saving account in case of allotment) ✅
* Linked FD online creation - yes ✅
* Linked FD closure not possible online. Linked FDs are auto renewed ❌

* FD Interest rate - 7.2% ( not so attractive) ❌
* Savings account interest rate - 3% very bad. ❌
* Demat details - not saved, enter dpid everytime ❌

* Mobile App - can't apply from mobile app ❌( except if you have ICICI direct demat)
* OTP - OTP free application, login or IPO application doesn't require OTP ✅
* Money unblocked - decent. Mostly by 11AM to 1 PM on unblock day. Missed 2 IPOs last year due to delay. ✅

2. Yes Bank
* cut off time - 3 PM sharp.
* Linked FD - yes ✅
* Linked FD creation and termination can be done online. ✅
* FD Interest rate - 7.75% ✅
* Savings account interest rate - 7% above 10 lakh. ✅
* Demat details saved. ✅
* OTP - OTP for login and IPO application ❌
* Mobile App - can't apply from app. ❌
* Money unblocked - Early morning on unblock day. Did not miss any IPO due to delay. ✅
* Linked FD issue - money gets blocked in sequence. You apply 2 IPOs same day, and if no allotment in 1st IPO, money gets released but if you get allotment in 2nd IPO, money will be deducted from the FD only, even though there is enough money in savings account. ❌
* Shareholders Application - can't apply if already applied for the same IPO in retail or HNI. ❌

3. RBL
* cut off time - 3:30 PM ✅
* Linked FD - yes ✅* Linked FD creation - offline. Visit the branch. ❌* Linked FD closure online. ✅* FD Interest rate - 8.1% Best ✅✅
* Savings account interest rate - 7.5% above 25 lakh. Good For people with 25+ lakh in account. ✅
* Demat details saved. ✅
* OTP - for IPO application. ❌
* Mobile App - yes, we can apply for the IPO from the mobile app. ✅
* Money unblocked - best. Mostly same night on the allotment day. Even before allotment comes out on the site. Even for the BHNI applications. ✅✅✅
Written from memory, if something is changed please feel free to correct.
I stopped using SBI due to - 2pm cut off, no linked FD, bad interest rate, delay in releasing money.

No PSU offers like to like linked FD currently so far as heard. If any one has further info, they can add it here. Only sweep feature, in SBI it breaks the FD, in PNB it does not until allotted. Indusind provides all of linked FD features online. IDFC does not let you apply ASBA via linked FD. @KGSKIPO

​@MuStrFc Thanks for the information. I heard that a few members of the forum using the sweepin FD of IDFC Bank to apply for IPO. We cannot create sweepin FD online in IDFC and it has to be applied manually. In AU Bank, we have to open FD and ask through the customer care to convert into libked FD. We have to show them a signed letter asking them to covert in linked FD through video banking

The Company is eying a market cap of over 10000 crores for an expected Net profit of 320 crores.

At current GMP, market cap becomes 16000 crores.

Out of 1800 crore IPO, more than 1000 crore is OFS.

At this valuation, the Company seems highly overvalued.

I will apply FF but with all positions fully sold.

PS: This is my opinion for my own funds. I have been proved wrong many times in the past.

This is another GPT type of share. Please get out of this overpriced and overhypes share asap. You are making some profit even at the today’s closing price.

If you look at PE then it definitely looks over valued sir. But tell me what is not overvalued in this market just looking at the PE.

40 times PE for a 20% growing stock has become new normal in this bull market. And I think they have plans to grow much beyond 20%.

The sheer reason for today's disappointment has to do a lot with prevailing market conditions from last week or so is what my understanding is.
