Can I Apply in Retail 15000 and SHni 200000 Application with Same IPO.

From different account with different PAN possible.
One account, its either retail or SHNI, only 1 category possible.

​@Vishnu Agrawal To the question, can you ... Yes, you can but both will get rejected if applied from same PAN credentials. Please make yourself averse that in In IPO, only one application (HNI or retail) from one PAN account. Only in cases where share holder or employee quota is there, additional application (apart from HNI or retail) is permitted.

I applied shni through upi, but mandate rejected, now in hni application not revise and withdraw. What I do? Any possibility I revise application and apply once again? Kindly give solution... Motilal oswal demat

I know @Chhote Lal Bhau, some brokers do not allow another application by UPI no matter what, valid or not, sad but true..
That is why i suggested ASBA option..

​@Vimal Garodia True, in such cases the second demat a/c (if available) comes handy. Otherwise, as suggested by you, ASBA could be made use of.

GMP of indegene is 248 - 252 rs..
Apply for big listing gain and also for long term.

​@Sunsam If 10x is app. Wise then probability is 1:10.

If 10x is money wise, then probability is 1:2.

Like Money wise currently is 60x. That means application wise (more or less) it will be between 11-12x.

​@RPM As mentioned earlier 80x would have been too bigger of an application. Final figure looks like 60x, so between 11-12x application wise.

One suggestion, there are ap many members in this asking same question like, have 20L or 30 Lakh etc.

Please try to create one option wherein member need to update the amount and how many demat accounts they have it. Automatically they will get it recommendations from our side as per current subscription.

I know, it's very difficult but this is best way to reduce the repited question🙋

I initially had a brief thought about this. And thought its easy peasy to make but then there are 3 categories ,retail, shni and bhni, demat account, and atleast 2 ipo's. So if you see almost 6 variables. Gets very complicated if more ipo's come at same time.

There is a problem going on with UPI request. UPI request is not going to Gpay.

Please go through BOA document of some of previous issues which were oversubscribed to get clarity. It is all lottery, both sHNI and bHNI will get lot equivalent to sHNI (worth about RS 2L) with bHNI having better chances of allotment (10L getting divided by 5)

Hi Experts, should i apply minimum 14/68 lots in one SHNI/BHNI app or can increase it for higher allotment chances ( if oversubscribed).

No point applying for more than 1 lot if issue is going to get oversubscribed.

If you can apply 10-15 bhni applications (more the merrier), you can pick some ultra bhni figure like 100/150/any odd figure in all 10-15-20 applications, to have 1 confirm 14 lots (bhni) allotment. But absolutely no point in applying 2-3-5 ultrabhni applications, because they will not attract even lottery & get rejected.

I have about 11 lacs and 4 demat accounts. I would like to apply in all 3 IPO's (ICICIdirect demat account). What should be my strategy? Pl guide.

Which 3 ipos? All MB ipos or MB + SME ipos?

If wish to apply all 3 MB ipos, apply all 11 lakhs in Indegene (1 bhni & 3 retail), refund amount you can use in TBO (1 bhni)+Aadhar (4 retails).

i have 3 pan accounts available right now
how many lots(retail) should i apply with each ? fund available 4 lakhs

If over subscribed, retail applicatns will get a max of 1 lot and SHNI/ BHNI will get a max of 14 lots.

​@NAPSTER If you can stretch little bit, then 2 shni (Rs.208824*2=417648) & 1 retail (Rs.14916) = Total Rs.432564.
(If interested in SME, 2 retail & 1 shni Indegene, & 1 retail SME Slone Info).

Pl clarify,say in respect of indegene ipo, in BHNI Category is it better to apply for 68 lots or 69/70/71 lots? I mean, whether the probability of getting allotment increases if we go for a little higher lots instead of 68 lots.

​@JOYS Consider these two scenarios and ask yourself in which situation you want to be in.

1) 1 application will be picked in lottery out of total 100 applications, among which 50 are yours.
2) 1 application will be picked in lottery out of total 2 applications, among which 1 is yours.

Probability is same in both cases 1/2. But I would prefer to be in the later one. It is more psychological, which makes you think you have better chance.

So yeah, going by math, nothing changes :-)

But if you are going for a very higher lot (like above 100) then you need to first make sure your lot category is part of the lottery process. For that you need to go through BoA and understand the pattern.

I am an employee of Indegene and have applied 12 lots from a single demat account as I do not have more funds and neither demat accounts. What are my chances of getting the allotment? Also, as per SEBI, who is given a preference I.e bigger lot size or application count?

Asking coz employee portion may get over subscribed like other portions.

@MITTAL thank you @Chhote Lal sir, larger applications will have a better chance for employees as in employee quota over subscription, each lot application will go through separate lottery system. I Could be wrong but someone senior mentioned the same.

What are the chances of allotment in BHNI Application in this IPO. How does it work?

Should I sell Mediassist / MediBuddy shares to apply in this IPO. Have around 5 lacs + 2shni from ipo in mediassist which will cover 10 lac application for BHNI.

Experts please suggest. Had applied in former for 6 month target of 650 but it is still stuck at same price of 500.

Does it makes sense to take that risk.

​@Sherlock Sorry for late reply, as today's trading action is over and even if you decide to exit Medi Assist now, I doubt you will get funds released for applying in Indegene. To the question, I would have exited this counter earlier itself, if I was in your place. Do let us know, what decision you finally took!

Thanks a lot Chittorgarh family for the guidance in resolving my query.

Going through the above suggestions I realised I need to take a practical approach and take out capital + some profits out of ipo to make better use of money , like the 70-30 @newgen sir & other esteemed members mentioned.

So I have finally exited completely from my 50% 2shni allotment and will be taking out the complete principle + some profits in coming weeks and rest will hold for long term.

Took the principle out of retail aeroflex also today as a learning.

I know only some part of this (instant withdrawal limit ) I can reuse tomorrow but that is fine , a good learning and will try to manage and arrange some funds and reuse the profits in new ipos.
