​@Admin @ Chittorgarh.com If figures are not authentic then can give in thousands so if there is any error can be rounded up . Presently ipo premium and other sites are giving . If figures in thousands are given then also useful / meaningful in taking decision while applying.

Hi Sir,
This information is not provided by the exchange's IPO bidding platform. We have tried to calculate them (with assumptions), but they do not match the actual figures. In some cases, they are even way off.

I am not sure how others are assuming app wise if there is no official information.. Is it a blind guess?

​@Vimal Garodia Sir , yes your intention is good. But as you say that even admin also can't calculate that at near perfect base. So they should not post any misleading data because this site is very reputed.

Successful bHNI applicant will be given min lot shares for HNI (sHNI lot of about Rs 2L or 462 shares. Profit will be GMP x 462. For example, if GMP is Rs 300, profit for bHNI will be Rs 1,38,600

Pahle shares to allot hone do... Pahle hi profit count krne se kya fayda.. wese 1sHNI me approx 1.25 lakhs profit can be expected

​@Sanwal Saab It is not about profit but clarifications on no. of shares to bHNI applicant if successful. Obviously, one need to be successful allottee first to get rewarded, no harm clearing doubts with such discussions.

​@MVP I think the bHNI subscription may behave like Tata Tech here.
Majority of the subscription was in by 12 pm last day and there was less than usual addition post that.
Even if we take 12x app wise, it is close to 1.05 lakh application which is quite big and if this really happens then allotments in future IPOs are going to get tougher.

All these subscription figures when its near to 12 cr demat accounts, if the number of accounts were to increase further, sky is the limit for the subscription amounts going further. No category will remain unaffected @MVP @GrayIsTheNewBlack

if BHNI gets 50 x , every 1/10 will get allotment ??

I typically apply for IPOs in the BHNI category on the last day, between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM. However, for this particular offering, the positive signals were strong enough & no need to wait for QIBs so that I decided to apply earlier this morning, at 10:30 AM.

By applying early, I aimed to avoid the last-minute rush and potential glitches on bank websites that often occur during IPO applications. It's likely many other investors shared this strategy.

Now lets wait to see the final subscription numbers.

There is some glitch in this website, previously I had shared full message but part of that message got vanished midway after sending. So I am posting it again.

I had applied SHNI- 462QTY by entering 452 price manually rather selecting Cut off price. Is this correct way to apply in SHNI? And in investor category it is showing as NOH in BOB ASBA, what it mean?

​@Jey Nayak Not sure about the BOB, but if it is showing NOH you should be fine, given you haven't selected cut-off.

If there is code IND, that is for individual PAN, retail and HNI Both. NOH is for societies and trusts. @Jey Nayak

​@MVP @GrayIsTheNewBlack Even recent IPOs with huge GMP like Exicom and BLS had only around 65-80k applications. Wonder if this is Vodafone effect - many regular IPO appliers avoided due to low GMP, but Voda would have brought new appliers due to the brand name & hype, and it touched 75k applications. Plus good money was made.

I was not expecting this to cross 85k applications, but 1L+ looks guaranteed now.

​@rohiitian - Voda Idea was aberration as lot of arbitragers had applied there after shorting in future.
I feel more than new applicants it is the existing applicants who are increasing the number of accounts they handle.

Already competition is way high not getting allotments so after such huge money flow in BHNI chances would be very less and returns on investment will be hugely impacted for BHNI applicants in upcoming time.

If I select Individuals (IND), the limit for applying will be between 14000-200000. I am getting three options to select in investor category 1)Individual 2)Employee 3) Others ( Entities other than QIB, Boadies, Corp, IND). So i had forced to select option 3 where limit will be 200001-200000000.

What do you predict for TBO + Aadhar? 14x in TBO, plus 5x in Aadhar?

There are some applicants where amount is not the constraint but number of accounts is the constraint.

Assuming this number to 50%, combined number of applications in TBO+Aadhar would be 1.6 lakhs (1.5x of Indegen applications)
Splitting them roughly as TBO - 1 lakh (approx 13x-13.5x) and Aadhar - 60k (approx 4x-4.5x)

Comes around to similar figures what you mentioned.

Might be lower somewhat due to funds not being unblocked in time and other SMEs, some might even be uncomfortable with TBO, and Aadhar not looking promising premium wise. @rohiitian @GrayIsTheNewBlack

​@MVP Now a days retail with 35% quota is easier opportunity to catch but no one is happy with single lot, preferring HNI categories. Atleast bHNI has some chance but sHNI is pure luck as 2L is not Big figure for many.
No clash with other mainboard and fund from here ( if un-alloted) available is another issues another reason for oversubscription

I also thought that Mostly BHNI already applied on 2nd day itself as there wasn't need to wait for QIB figure..
But we proved wrong...

Agar yahi chalta raha to fir BHNI bhi SHNI ban jayegi..

ASBA mode : Can be used for any amount and all categories. Application is submitted instantly.Cutoff time on last day is from 3 pm to 4 pm/4:30 pm (bank dependent)
UPI mode : Can make applications upto Rs 5L only. BHNI application can not be applied. Sometimes there are delays experienced in mandate receiving. But cutoff time to accept mandate is upto 5 pm on last day.

My personal preference is ASBA

​@Esparando Not commenting on intentions of SEBI, but there are differences between mainboard and sme ipos. While mainboard issue documents are necessarily cleared by SEBI, in case of SME issues it is job of exchange and not that of SEBI.

In IPO, allocation mechanism like should it be lottery of proportional in retail or HNI or any segment, I do not think BSE or NSE decides. The framework is laid out by SEBI and is followed by reporting bodies like NSE, BSE, etc.

SEBI made changes in 2022 around Sep to HNI allocation process for Mainboard. But they did not touch SME. And this is the main reason why we are seeing 1000 times subscription in some cases for HNI segment.

​@Esparando Had got the question first instance itself. I only pointed out that SME and Mainboard have differences and hence that example of vetting of document. Regarding SEBI intentions, no body knows. Going forward, they may make unform subscription regulations for both SME and Mainboard.

Legally not allowed, but you can try your luck.
It did not work in VI, but worked for some in JNK.

Got allotment in JNK via third party UPI.

If you will do such things and will not get allotment due to rejection then you will going to regret.

If you have extra funds than only try this otherwise do not block your money and use the same in TBO and Aadhaar.

It depends on the Registrar. But do not try. In some cases, it will work. If you have extra money then you will take the chance 😆

​@Nikhil Kanabar To the point, Third Party application is NOT permitted.

In few cases, people have reported getting successful allotment through third party, but it is just because systems are not fool proof as yet. Why take chance for something, which is not permitted!

Caveat to this is - GMP remains at the same percentage level till IPO closure.

Along with these 2 mainboard IPO TBO & Aadhar there are 5 more SME IPO where fund gets distributed 3 SME IPO ending on 9th and 2 SME IPO on 10th together with mainboard.
