If you have received the bidding details then bid was applied, but it can be withdrawn also, then you dont receive any msg from bse. So it might have withdrawn by broker. Ask your broker, if it was bidded or not. Poeple get compensation when the any bank does not block the money properly, i dont know what happens in case of a broker.
And go to scores.gov.in for complaint against any parties. Cheers
