Which category has higher chances of allotment ? Retail 2L application or sHNI 2+Lac application ?

Retail and shni both are already full subscribed. If we forget about chances, you'll get shares worth 1 lot (~15k) in retail and worth ~2L in shni,if you're lucky. so decide accordingly.
Applying 2L or 15k in retail doesn't make a difference.
Retail will have more chance of allotment

Trying to understand the allotment in B-HNI category.

It has 68 lots as a minimum. As it might be subscribed 50-100X, is 68 lots considered as 1 LOT?
- meaning for sure allotment, does one need to apply for minimum 50x * 68 (around 50*68*52=176,800 shares)?

at 68, you might not get allotment as it will be proportionate basis

BIG HNI ALLOTMENT WILL BE OF 14 LOTS...
LETS ASSUME SUBSCRIPTION GOES 30 TIMES THEN 1 OUT OF 6 WILL HAVE 14 LOTS AS A ALLOTMENT

Listing date is 16th June 2023. During this date there is an important Fed rate meeting.
Markets will also be facing the likelihood of a tsunami of new Treasury borrowing now that the debt limit has been raised. That could introduce added volatility to bond markets already grappling with the Fed’s interest rate hikes and concerns over a recession in the second half of the year.

Hence listing will be based on the final decision & RBI's meeting for interest hike if any. If rate hike is not proposed the market sentiment will be up & vice a versa. Let's wait & watch the outcome of these 2 meetings.
