@ashvini sharma Mam by my knowledge you can open a minor demat in various broker/ banks but a minor below the age of 15 cannot apply for an ipo.

Age not bar for minor aplication...

I have opened Bank account in HDFCBank and demat/trading account in Prostocks for minor. Both are working fine. You can apply in IPOs through ASBA in HDFC Bank. You can buy and sell SMEs on listing day from Prostocks.

The only difficulty I find in HDFC Bank is that it doesn't allow you to transfer fund from your account through internet banking and you are required to visit branch for NEFT/RTGS transfer. This causes a little inconvenience and though I pursued with branch several times, they say in minor account, Bank doesn't permit full banking facilities. So you may discuss with Bank before opening minor account.

@ipo share Sir i hve also bank aacount(minor) in hdfc. Your minor acount is not linked any major acount so u face this type of issue... My minor aacount link with my aacount so me jab chahu tab money transfer kar sakata hu hdfc bank se in minor account.

Any other bank which provide asba facility for minor.

@Silent lion Problem is with regard to withdrawal of amount through from minor account through internet banking. I am also able to transfer any amount to minor account. CIF of both minor and guardian have been generated by HDFC Bank and I am required to keep minimum balance of Rs.10,000 as in case of normal SB account.

Hi Gm. Actually non of the banks whether private or government, allow for transaction rights for minor account. We can only have view only rights for minor saving bank account. We have to apply through filled forms for IPO application in the name of Minor.

In Frozen Buffalo meat business
HMA is 2nd no in terms of revenue
NO.1 is Allasons Pvt ltd , a more bigger firm roughly 6000cr revenue annually
Has also caught officially for 1200 cr fraud in 2019 especially on owner Abdul Allanna

And some more raids on meat and beef exporters include rahman group of 60 cr and so on

As per draft red herring prospectus,, eligible shareholders quota is for who is shareholder on filling of red herring prospectus......
So i guess u are eligible as RHP has not been filed yet...

@Gujju IPO  , If RHP filing is on Monday 19/6/23 then you will not be eligible.
If RHP filing is on Tuesday or thereafter then you will be eligible for shareholders quota if you buy a share on Monday 19/6/23.
