RHP filed or not will we know? When I see sebi circulars for past ipos the date of rhp and the date of upload in website do not match at all...
For example hma agro filed on 13th June as per sebi website, but on downloading rhp it says date as 5th June...
Can someone explain this better?

Date of filling is the record date for determining eligibility under shareholder quota not the date of uploading.Date of filling can be found in top right corner 1st page of RHP.I have also bought 1 share today.Lets see.

Only those who purchased on or before 16/6 shall be eligible.
If not eligible , do not apply under quota category. Otherwise your general application ( if applied) , may also be rejected as MULTIPLE.

And the GMP = 575
Then, @1325 (750+575) there is not much upside left to be discovered upon listing.

Hence it is better to *SELL & APPLY*

Don't think so it will be postponed as sebi has banned iifl for 2 years from making any new clients.

SEBI just put ban on opening new accounts with IIFl. There is no fear it's just to prevent any scam account opening , which is suspicious.
