It is still cheap as compared to Syrma. I am holding 5 lots Ipo allotment. EMS sector is buzzing and its sunrise sector, Don't get off the ship when journey has just begun.
Entry and Exit is also as important as identifying Multibagger.

High working capital and high inventories. 2021 was covid effect as given by them. Need to compare with industry standards for better picture

-Cost off material used 957 mil in 2023 and 513 mil in 2022 (rupees)
So they are importing major components i believe, adding sensors and just assembling.
50% of expense of material is from import only. Am i right here or missing something?

They have updated their FY 2022-23 Financials
See the jump in borrowings from 5 cr to 86 cr
Also a hit in Net margins :-
FY 21-22 : 27.25%
FY 22-23 : 16.20%
i.e 40% decrease in margins
But one highly positive and X- factor
It has issues a pre ipo placement @ 752
at 2600 cr valuation If big institutions are investing at aggressive valuations greater than ipo
They might have seen great value in the company.

BTW in syrma ipo the same thing had happened pre ipo was done at a 28-30% premium, Now it has made money for those investors who invested in expensive valuations .

Some more positives
1. No material litigations against the company One case is their but it was due to a drone blast accident so not a alarming one

2.It is expected to get orders for next drone consignment from DRDO soon

3.In this year a good jump in assets , investments , inorganic growth observed

4.Infosys increases its stake from 4.03% to 4.25 % making it the 7th largest shareholder

5.The company is also concentrating on topline to give robust revenue growth
Maybe will maintain last fiscal's margin in coming quarters
