@DSR , I believe QIBs can sell at listing, hence, an institutional investor can apply both as an anchor as well as QIB. These two applications from same party are considered separate, unlike how it works between HNI and Retail. That’s why most Institutional investors investor take benefit of applying through both routes for immediate return and long term holding as well.
