My First thump rule - if company's website/domain less than 2 years, i'll not apply for that ipo..

Company Incorporated in 2007
Website/Domain shows 651 days old (Created on 2021-09-16)

that means website ment for ipo purpose, company not serious about business and online presence..

This is my personal observatioon, may be i am wrong

I think it's irrelevant in this primary market business. Setting up a website costs nothing for these companies. A few lakhs is all they need to set up a premium site and the yearly maintenance is a few thousands. Not a good parameter but I respect your stance.

@Crow  I do know that, but they could be using a different registrar before that 651 days & not necessarily that it was registered only on that day.

Is third party asba allotment given or not from sbi

Sometimes the application is rejected but you may also get allotment sometimes.

When we don't get email confirmation of bid placed from bse/ nse. I tried to check application status and found only 2/5 bids are shown as placed what does this mean rest 3 bid they didn't even place ..? Doesn't stand a chance for allotment? How to make sure they place my bid.??

can i apply for hni category i have mine demat account by using other axis bank netbanking? As in Axis netbanking there option to fill details of other individual

second question in 1 bhni category bs 5 shni which is better?

third how to get tom know whether my application got rejected due to issue or remain unlloated as if it is rejected due to issue i can fix in future

last one , is there 100 % gurantee that i will get allotment in BHNI ( not complete share but partial share as it is based on proportional basis ?

You can apply using other netbanking but it will be treated as 3rd party asba and may be rejected in some cases.
1BHNI is certainly better than 5 shni bcz BHNI is mostly less subscribed as compared to shni.
After allotment date the registrar sends a mail of allotment cum refund advice in that mail the reason of non allotment is specified generally.But you can also mail the registrar with ipo application no to find out the reason of non allotment.
There is no 100% guarantee that you will get allotment through BHNI.Only if it subscribed less than 5 times then you will get allotment. Allotment in BHNI is based on lottery not proportionate basis.

@Destined Not true. May be your opinion is based on the SBI's sweep in feature.
The Sweep-in FD in ICICI Bank and Yes Bank works very smoothly, no charges, money gets blocked and unblocked for IPO without an issue.

@MVP yes I have an account in SBI so am familiar with it ....came to know from you that some banks allow money in sweep fd account to be blocked for IPO 👍...

If one have 26 Lacs with 6 Demat family accounts with ICICI Direct , Kindly guide on below mentioned 2 queries through your wisdom & experience considering the current over subscription stats and anticipated oversubscription figures till closing day.

1- what would be the right combination to apply in ideaForge & Cyient DLM IPO for maximum probability of getting allocation.

2- Also it would be nice if one can explain How the sHNI & bHNI allocation happen in any IPO ? I have clarity about retail allocation process only.

Hello guys. I have a doubt regarding third party UPI applications using KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK.

Has anyone applied for an IPO using third party UPI (UPI ID being that of Kotak) and has received an allotment?

As per my understanding and research, it is the responsibility of the banks to check whether it is a third party application or not.

I just wanted to know if Kotak does this process or not.

Kindly help and reply please.

Total - 75x

Subscription in employee quota is strange here. As of march 2023, 288 permanent employees and 280 or odd contract employees. Employee can bid 5 lakh max.
Total subscription is 60 times of 13112 shares , so at 640 price the amount comes around , so 50cr rs blocked.
But employee can bid 5lk max so that comes around 14cr max bids
Am i missing something, or my maths has been broken or contract based employees can also apply ? What is it

retail se apply kar raha tha to usme 32 rs ka discount show kar raha tha
app ko close karke dubara open kiya tab jake correct huya
kayi retailer aise fase honge

Employee can subscrib more then 5 lakh. No upper limit. But if they apply more then 5 lakh they can not apply in any other category like retail or hni. But if they apply with less than 5 lakh they can also apply in one of any other category.
