Hello Everyone,

I have applied for 250 lots (i.e. 5500 shares) in ideaforge. How many shares (in multiple of 14 lots) can i expect sureshot?
14 lots x1 or 14 lots x 2 or 14 lots x 1 plus a few surplus shares?

@SmartyPanks , It appears you had multiple accounts and sufficient funds for over 250 lots. In my view, you would have increased your allotment chances significantly had you made 4 applications of 68 lots each… or 3 applications of 68 lots each and rest of 14 lots each as even SHNI subs are less than Retail subs. Perhaps a thing to remember for next time.

​@Kapz Your 1st option sounds reasonable in hindsight.
As for 2nd option.... i didn't really pay heed to sHNI since it had lesser shares allocated to it than retail but subs were almost same. So i took a call with 1 big one and rest retail.
BUt thanx for your advice. Will keep in mind for nxt time.

Allotment chances in Bhni v/s Shni

Why their is difference of details in Chittorgarh site and other broking app of allotment date and listing date
On groww app allotment date is 4 July and listing date is 7th July

But on this site it shows listing at 10 July.

probably they haven't modified dates by taking into account the extension of issue by a day whereby everything moves ahead 1 day and listing by 2 days due to Sat & Sun.

Massive subscription. One day extension at last hour, also helped further in taking it higher. Tougher allotment chances, but real lottery. May double also on listing. Niklega toh ek akela hi kaafi hoga sab bharpai ke liye. Par abhi toh sapne jaisa lagata hai.

Highly Subscription Figures.... Difficult to get it....

Finally qib in ideaforge no 100x+ & in cyient 50x+. Massive amount of oversubscription in both the ipo's with huge demand seen in grey market. Very difficult to get allotment in all the categories.

@Manav Walunj , bHNI allotment comparatively easy hai Cyient me.

1/10 is not easy for me, as I missout in 1/4 many times in past.
Applied 5 BHNI here to increase allotment chances and 5 Retail in Ideaforge. Let's see what happens.
