I feel deleting the comment is not a solution, you should immediately ban such people from the Portal.

It may not be always fair to ban user permanently for single mistake.

For e.g. you and me can also make a mistake in emotions, fun or in hurry so deleting post seems better instead of permanent ban.

Admin may keep track if 10 post deleted for particular user then such user will be banned automatically.
