Now our confusions are cleared, offer qty is same, whereas amt to be raised is up by whopping 20%. Sebi has no say in amt to be raised, is there any meaning in it? Sebi should not allow amt to be raised, more than that is stated in at drhp stage.
Price band a big disappointment. Indian insurance companies are being valued at 2-2.5 times their embedded value which is future profit of present business in some private transactions. In the last deal, ICICI Prudential Life got an embedded value of 2.22 times at Rs 13,822 crore. Its embedded value as on March 31, 2016, is Rs 13,929 crore. Post issue, ICICI Bank will own 55 per cent of the insurer while Prudential will have 25.88 per cent stake. Prudential Plc, which has a market cap of $44 billion, generates EPS of $1.90 and trades at a price-to-earnings of 12.76 times.
Broad calculation puts overall ICICI Pru valuation little less than 50,000 Cr, which in my view is in line ) in fact slightly lower ) than the valuation that HDFC - Max has been assigned; upward of 65000 Cr

Is it looks too much costly to apply for listing gain? I mean it is possible that every application will get allotment. If I will apply single lot from 5 different application and got 4 of them allocated and if it will list only 8-10% up then it is almost same to apply 5 application and got single allotment with average listing gain 20-30%
Many are waiting for your valuable feedback. Please share your views about comparison of all September 2016 IPO''s
