apply thro HNI category . better allotment than RII. under RII only one lot you will get irrespective of the lots applied , but you will get proportionately in HNI for the amount invested.
I was expecting less subscription in Shareholders and more in HNI.. but the case if opposite.
I dont want to make separate applications as few banks are not taking 2 applications under same PAN. So I want to make larger application in any one category... shareholder OR hni..
Retail quota share 57122434+18134105 = 75256539 / 44 = 17,10,375 Investor Bhai Log phir Stock market se share buy kaun krega sab ko to allotment hona hi h 1 lot per application 100% chance .........
5.7 Cr shares are for retail so approx. 13 Lk aplications at one lot will be required for 1x subscription.
1.83 Cr shares for Reservation are purely on proportionate basis so it would be prudent to apply max 13 lots by the share holders and trying to remain retail category.
Don''t worry it will get fully subscribed. Else Retail is 35%(out of which 10% for share holders). So rest you should answer yourself.

@Sunil, do not mislead.share holder is not 10% out of 35% for retail. Share holders 10% is out of the total shares on offer. 35% for retails is out of the remaining shares after deducting 10% for share holders. Fully subscribe or not, it will be a negative listing.
And total active Demat accounts available are around 11 lacs..
And now ur talking funny things to subscribed 4 times application wise... means approx 52 lacs total demat accounts or forms with current total of 11 lacs available active demat accounts..

Is it a good idea to sell ICICI Bank shares and apply for this Pru ipo - my thinking is sell at allotment - minimum 5% gain and back to Bank shares which will not go up 5% in 10 days...any comments////please
retail investors face dilemma on whether to apply for ICICI Pru IPO and If yes how much. one analysis given at http://bit.ly/2dge2g5 discusses this. but depends mainly on market conditions. Septa ji should give guidance as investors realy dont know how much to apply
At how much price did you bought it? On allotment do the shares in your name go to purchase of application? I dont know the exact workings of grey market Kostak applications...could you explain a bit?
