icici pru issue at 29 PE is it right for the company with 0 % growth in last 3 years.......big names like l&t and icici loooot macha loooo in ipo market they will give nothing... on listing ...
on giving shares to prem ji sir at 227 and what happened in 10 months to take it to 334....
it is wholesale and retail market ......we all will still invest for 15 rs listing gain.... why can not weeee boycott this issue

Given the low insurance penetration and growing affluent class in India. I bet this stock is not just for listing gains but long term holding. Though my concern is over reliance on ULIP business. If this was HDFC LIFE i would have thought of investing 10 times more. Because I trust HDFC brand more than ICICI.

I have applied for 6application by different names from single account number and after that I have cancel one application because we can applied for 5 application with single account. So please tell me can I apply for the cancel one application with some different account number and also tell me that the remaining ucancelled 5 application I have applied is not rejected by registrar. Plz tell me as soon as possible.

Apply using a single name only, and trust me like COAL INDIA this will be done at cut off price to help anchor investors. They will ensure the price holds up at a decent premium 20-40 rs for 1-3 days.

Are bhai 1 day 1 show nai hai movie ka ...to listing ho gya and finished...u should also look forward for sec.mkt while applying..

They want to buy hugh amount of share from both gmp as well as from ipo...i.e if they push down gmp so over subs. Fig might b less.so higher allotment chances.

I have query about % of share reserved in IPO

QIB - 24%
HNI - 18.5%
Retail - 43%
Shareholder - 13.7%

I have calculated this % based on following info
QIB - 32,641,391 ( 32,641,391 / 132,378,973 = 24%)
NII- 24,481,043
Retail - 57,122,434
Shareholder - 18,134,105
Total - 132,378,973

Can anyone help me why Retail portion is as high as 43% and if I include Shareholder portion than 56% of total Retail.

Correct me If I misunderstood concept or not calculated % allocation correctly.

you need to add 48962085 shares already reserved for anchor investors then all % changes.QIB ( 18 + 27 = 45% ), NII - 13.5%, RII - 31.5% & SHARE HOLDERS - 10%.

Your email is from your broker and not ICICI BANK.
Also these days you only apply via ABSA to rule out any fund transfer issues.

Icici is cheater and have made hugh n/w of buyers in GmP that will push demand higher and higher so no chance of price band less.kostak sell . but i would like to assure u , u won''''t see high of listing day again ( atleast for 4 mnths)

What I understood is -
a> If I bid > 2L in the RP then I cannot bid in the net offer
b> If I bid < 2L in RP then I can bid in net offer.

I am going to bid max 2L in RP and hope for 10% listing gain. Keeping it simple and stupid.
