Shareholder''s Quota has exceeded by 12X. That means out of 12 applications, only one applicant will get 1 lot ? Or Retail portion + share holders will be merged, considering share holders as retail investors, then allotment will be made on pro rata basis ?
AS RETAIL SUBSCRIPTION MORE THAN 1 TIME. ALLOTMENT DEPENDS UPON NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS IF THEY CROSS 1298237 THAN LOTTERY SYSTEM. IN THAT CASE ONE LOT APPLIED OR 13 LOTS APPLIED ONE AND SAME PROBABILITY.
If the issue in retail is not fully subscribed application wise then you can get two lots maximum. Not more then that for sure. Most of them will get one lot.
You neeed to apply in retail not in hni. Hni quota 28× subscribe rare chance of allotment if you apply in return you will definitely get allotment. ..
