I have applied 8 lots under share holders category. How many shares I will get. Pl advise.

I have applied for 7 lots in shareholder category and 13 lots in retail category at cutoff price. Can someone help on the possible allotment.

How come so less allotment? Retail is oversubscribed only upto 1.2 times .

you Should get at least 9 min and 11~12 Max..

Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) total share 57122434 - lot=1298237 applied at Cutoff - 63133048 lot=1434842

So, total 1434842 Lots applied for 1298237 in RII

it does not mean 1434842-Users/Retailers applied...

50% of the users might applied for 5 lots each... and N number of probability combinations...

but looking at the RII Subscription rate... Double digits are not possible...

Can expect at least min 5 for sure with 9 Max...

What is the date of allotment & listing?

IPL IPO:-
Finalisation of Basis of Allotment: On or about September 26, 2016
Initiation of refunds: On or about September 27, 2016
Credit of Equity Shares to demat accounts: September 28, 2016
Commencement of trading of the Equity Shares: September 29, 2016

If you have applied at cut-off rate in shareholder than you will get 5 lots under it.
And you will get 1 lot in retail as well if you have applied at cut-off rate.

Shareholder''s Quota has exceeded by 12X.
That means out of 12 applications, only one applicant will get 1 lot ?
Or Retail portion + share holders will be merged, considering share holders as retail investors, then allotment will be made on pro rata basis ?

AS RETAIL SUBSCRIPTION MORE THAN 1 TIME. ALLOTMENT DEPENDS UPON NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS IF THEY CROSS 1298237 THAN LOTTERY SYSTEM. IN THAT CASE ONE LOT APPLIED OR 13 LOTS APPLIED ONE AND SAME PROBABILITY.

If i applied 5 lot in retail portion then how many lot allotment to me????

GMP to remain around 20. This subscription was expected with IPL. Some who had less knowledge were thinking negative.

Wait for tomorrow market will react to fed rate change.

IpL will give 7-8% if mrkt remains above 8350 till listing date...!!

If the issue in retail is not fully subscribed application wise then you can get two lots maximum. Not more then that for sure. Most of them will get one lot.

You neeed to apply in retail not in hni. Hni quota 28× subscribe rare chance of allotment if you apply in return you will definitely get allotment. ..

NII has highest subscription. The rule says that shares are allotted on the proportionate basis. So just by that rule maximum that you can get is (Your Lot/ Eligible Subscription ratio*)

Your chance of getting shares was higher in RII

Eligible Subscription ratio* = Those application which are above cutoff
