you can check the allotment by calling 1800-3454-001 (u need to provide your appplication number or DP ID to them)

I think person are not wrong.1.Allotment status not declare in site or not receive allotment msg from karvy.2.bank debit can give information we can get share or not.
In my previous ipo in vijaya bank I got share allotment previous day and money debit next day.money debit depend on bank.not worry who got msg or not....
