In RHP, it was mentioned that for shareholder category allotment will be proportion base. So if shareholder category was subscribed 12 times, still for applicant who has applied for 1 lot at least 3-4 shares should be allotted.

It was not like retail category, where minimum 44 share allotment was must. Am i missing anything here ? Why shareholding also got minimum 44 and then allotment happened based on lottery ? because some people applied for 1 lot and got 1 lot but some didn''t (in shareholder category) ?

Reason for non-allotment in my bank ASBA site under my bid says "NOT A SHAREHOLDER" , although I have 100 eq shares in ICICI Bank. Is there any cut-off date for being a shareholder of ICICI Bank, before one applies as shareholder in this IPO?
