I had applied in 8 forms having 88 shares each with amount Rs 29392 each but due to mistake of Sbi Bank or stock broker, they blocked an amount of Rs 14,696 due to this my all 8 applications have been rejected and I have been alloted 0 shares

Please guide me what action I should take so that I get appropriate compensation..

Nothing can happen. Wait for another IPO & apply the same. Icici is already allocated. From whose account sebi will give you the share.
