Does anybody have any clue on the date the part payment shares would be made available for trading?

Hi,

I have made the part payment for the ICICI FPO well before the due date. The payment was made through Demand Draft (just to avoid chq bounce becoz of bla bla reasons). However till date I am not able to allocate the FPO shares in the Demat Account (through ICICI Direct). Can someone guide me when can I be able to allocate the shares and trade them

I submitted my cheque on 25 and money has been already deducted from my a/c.

Do anyone have any idea about third payment???

i had given check for ICICI on 21 July, 2007. But still now money is not debited from my account. Let me know if anybodies money has not deducted & what can be done.

In terms of the issue the balance amount was to be collected in 2 instalments i.e., allotment money and call money. The amount payable towards call money will be called for at a later date.

I have got a notice from Karvy regarding remaining payment which is confusin- Have been alloted 48 shares and had made part payment of Rs.12000. At the rate of 890 the total cost comes out to be 42720 so remaining payment should be 30720. But in the notice they are only asking for 12000 more (total 24000 @ Rs. 500 per share). I've verified from few other allotees of part payment and they have got similar notices. Anybody can explain why is this.

While submiting cheque for part payment, we need to mention Client ID on it.
What is Client ID? and What do i need to mention there?

I had applied for 66 ICICI FPO shares. I opted the part payment option. The partial payment was done when I applied it through icicidirect. I was alloted all 66 shares I requested for. How should I pay the remaining amount? When is it getting listed?

I have been alloted 12 shares. i had applied with 885 per share and also as per retail orders Rs. 10020 has been deducted from my account.Is this the part payment or fuly paid. when enquired at karvy's office they told u r partly paid and amount of rs. 4020 has been refunded by speed post on 7.07.07 but i had not received my refund. Why it is partly paid when i had applied for fully ??? What next ???

People could you please tell me about payment through cheque?
what should be the name(FAVOR)in the cheque ?
plz give details if you already submitted so that we know properly the procedure.

very sorry to hear that. Taking into account day by day increasing lack of care on the part of indiainfoline, you MUST go for following actions-
1) consult a good lawyer and apply in district consumer court for compensation against loss of profit.
2) complaint to local police station of your residence under charges of cheating and criminal breach of trust.
3) if police is not registering the case, apply to local JMFC COURT through your lawyer for directing the police to register the criminal case.
4) lodge the complaint with SEBI on its web site in pro forma provided for investor grievance link.

I wonder whether or not you got your amount back which would have been deducted from your bank account ?

I got the reply from karvy that, cheque attached to my application has been dishonoured. This cheque was issued by indiainfoline on my behalf, I have payed the money online thru my icici bank.

Now, They are also not able to do anything? can I proceed legally?
