Please note that Chandra Kochar has not been found of guilty yet and she has not even been directly and formally named in PE (Preliminary Enquiry). There is a difference between Guilty and accused and so far she has not even formally named as accused. PE has name of only Dhoot and Chandra Kochar's husband and reference of unknown person in ICICI.
In any case, listing will anyway adversely impacted by negative environment surrounding ICICI.

ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar and Videocon Loan scam going to Impact ICICI Bank shares which in turn will have impact on listing of ICICI Securies shares, being a group company. Already the issue was under subscribed and now with this case under CBI investigation, changes of discount listing has increased.
With scam related news surrounding Icici bank, I doubt there will be a positive listing. Probably the news was out in public domain and that was the reason market stayed away from subscribing this IPO.
To the People Subscibing to this IPO. "If you really wanted to give money, you should have given 5% to the Old age homes or Orphanages which really need that money, instead of applying to this IPO"

Written By Sandeep Singh , Krishn Kaushik | New Delhi | Updated: March 29, 2018 7:34 Am NEXT Videocon gets Rs 3250-cr loan from ICICI Bank, bank CEO's husband gets sweet deal from Venugopal Dhoot Managing Director of NuPower Deepak Kochhar, Promoter of Videocon Group Venugopal Dhoot and CEO and MD of ICICI Bank Chanda Kochhar. In December 2008, Venugopal Dhoot of the Videocon Group set up a company with Deepak Kochhar, husband of ICICI Bank MD and CEO Chanda Kochhar, and two of her relatives; then gave a Rs 64-crore loan to this company through a fully owned entity before he transferred the latter's ownership to a trust headed by Deepak Kochhar for just Rs 9 lakh, an investigation by The Indian Express has found.
In what raises questions of propriety and conflict of interest, the transfer of the company to Deepak Kochchar happened six months after the Videocon Group got a loan of Rs 3,250 crore from ICICI Bank. Almost 86 per cent of that loan (Rs 2,810 crore) remains unpaid and Videocon account was declared an NPA in 2017.
Sources have confirmed to The Indian Express that the Dhoot-Kochhar-ICICI web of transactions is being examined by investigative agencies. Source INDIAN EXPRESS
