Is(138.3.) Mr. nileshkp is Correct?
I dont think so.

Nileshkp is not correct
You can apply two applications, one in general and one in shareholders category, It will be a valid application even though the PAN numbers are same
Refer ICICI directs FAQs for ICICI Lombard IPO, its clearly mentioned there
Only those ICICI Bank share holders who had the shares on or before 06/09/2017 are eligible to apply under shareholders category

If you are share holder of ICICI than you can apply in shareholder catagory named SHA.For this you have to download form of ipo from BSE or NSE website and than to fill the form offline but for online applicants very easy as just to select share holder catagory. Also every shareholder can apply in individual retail public catagory also. Means share holder can fill form in two catagories.
see dixon recevied about 14 lacs application---premium 500 at the time of issue capacit''e infra about 14 lacs application ---premium 150 at the time of issue then icici required 13 lacs application for firm allotment --premium only 18 what is the retail subscription
Hold for long term it will reward you with 20% Return Insurance business will grow at good pace ICICI is one of the leader. Don''t see much gain in this.
Premium 17-19 Apply for long term.
Listing Expected at 685-700 Range
Looking at Scenario all Rickshawala, Sabzi Wala are into IPO. Hence Apply cautiously so can see pain on Listing as Grey players are Angry to see Retail Participation. Also No Retail are selling Application. Hence grey is almost Nil and which is a Great Concern. New Reatil are Innocent they can be trapped by BRLM and Promoters. Recent Example is Matrimony Nasirul
When shareholder is selected in Axis Bank ASBA, the message is "This category is not avaliable for bidding for this IPO". Kindly help to resolve this issue. Who is to be contacted.
About 1.38 million individuals will receive allotment, if 1 lot is alloted per retail investor. I think retail subscription is unlikely to cross 1.5 times considering the relatively large offer size and pricing. QIB portion should get decently oversubscribed considering FII interest in investing in the indian insurance sector and their long term investment horizon. But overall listing gains (or losses) might be restricted to single digit percentages.

Can anyone enlighten me? I am a shareholder and I have applied for Lombard in both Individual and Shareholder categories. In case of a lottery, am I eligible for two lots or the lotteries will be different?
I am having 100 shares of ICICI bank How many shares of lombard can be applied in shareholder category?what is the possibility of getting allotment? Can I apply as individual as well as in share holder capacity?if applied in both the categories will it not be treated as double and rejected. Thanks in advance for proper guidance
I am facing problem while trying to apply in "Shareholder" category through SBI Net banking facility, in Online SBI net banking ASBA IPO application form there is no option for "Shareholder" category, only "individual" category is available for applying IPO, and I have been seeing this very problem is present from past few IPOs but didn''t bothered till this ICICI Lombard IPO came, as I was not a shareholder in those previous IPOs. My request to revered senior members, please help regarding how to apply in "Shareholder" category before closing of this IPO issue and guide how, where and whom to complain for solving this issue so that nobody faces problem applying in "Shareholder" category for future IPOs(like SBI Life, HDFC Life). Thanks.
