​@abc xyz My views and my thinking as I am not a HNI or a big or very big HNI. This forum has more HNI and very big HNIs in my opinion. So, my views will always be different. Here not talking about Senco Gold only but as a sub division of shares of any high price companies.
​@Chhote Lal is absolutely right that stock splits have no material effect on overall value of companies as well as does not alter the value of an investor's share holding value.
Now my views on Stock split :

Small and medium level investors can also buy the good valued shares at lower rate. Here only one example of MRF. Suppose I have one share of MRF f v 10 purchased at 75,000 a piece. Now the share price of this share is more than 1.30 lakhs. This share is split into 5 shares f v of 2 a piece, so price of share will be 26,000 a piece.
Now I can sell 3 shares and my investment is MRF is recouped as I need money and can hold 2 shares at no cost and continue the share holder of MRF. (Company like MRF is not going to split and make more share holders in the company.)
On split of shares the small and medium level buyers may increase also and share price is likely to appreciate. So, the share holders will also be benefited. The trading volume will also increase. I have observed that many times share price appreciates after split as per marketcondition. In long run always better for investors.
Exceptions are always there. Way of thinking is also different from investors to investors. Level of financial also makes the thinking different. Risk appetite makes the thinking different. And so on.
This is all about good companies. My personal views on basic of my long association with share market. Not to hurt any member. I may be wrong also.

​@Rolta My opinion about hyundai is that compared to lic which was having gmp till allotment of 1000rs and after allotment got ~-20 but was profit to retailer and policyholder but listing was around 870.

In hyundai ipo size ~27000cr pricing par to maruti and in case market falls again premium to maruti. So punters will keep gmp till closure and after that khela hobe(down) pricing going aggressive, also not leaving table, bearish mood, .....

Hope so, price kept near 1700-1740 levels....

It would be wise, if company would have given some discount in Retial Quota.

Anyways hope pricing is kept as per aforesaid levels to keep something on table...Looking at markets listing will be subdued.

Then there will be something for investors on the table.

Your self assessment tax paid is not reflecting in the sheet ... please check the receipt whether you paid for the correct year ... I once wrongly paid like this ... again I ended up paying for the prev AY ... please do check AY again in your self assessment receipt ...

​@A. Rajput I endorse what @Earthking mentioned there, it appears taxes paid by you are not captured in ITR. Please investigate and check receipt/acknowledgement to take appropriate action.

​@Chhote Lal @Earthking Yes i didn't notice this i have just check my income tax receipt there also nothing mention but i paid tax on 26 july and it mentions in bank statement also. So now what should i do ?? Wether is it bank side problem or itd side??

​@A. Rajput Appears you need to pay the full tax first and contest the demand as per status of what you already paid. Check with your bank as well. In my opinion, you may seek professional guidance from some tax expert. You may end up paying a little fee but will save you hassles.

In the receipt , you can find AY and FY , i have attached my sample advance tax receipt , if you misplaced your receipt you can check the same in IT website under your login ...

Assesment year is 2024-25 in my tax receipt but tax paid by not reflected

Rajput  Sir , What you have attached is not Tax receipt , it is final ITR ack form ... in this also tax paid column is mentioned as zero ... if your account shows money deducted on 26 July 2024 , then I still believe you wud have paid for current FY ... chk again tax paid Challan ack form ...

First you check your AIS of AY 2024-25 on incometax filing page, the self assessment and advance taxes paid by you reflect in that page after 2-3 days of payment of taxes. the challan and all details can be seen in that.

if the taxes paid by you, mentioned there, then write a rectificationreply to the IT CPC with details mentioning that the taxes are already paid and there is no interest applicable as the taxes were paid before due date. request withrawal of demand notice.

​@A. Rajput In order to find Challan Number & Details of tax paid by you, you can go to income tax e-filing site > E-file > e-PayTax > Payment History.

In payment history u can find taxes paid by you till date.

OK sir , now i understood , you paid the taxes properly but you haven't updated the same in your itr return , you can see in your attachment email sent from IT, they clearly mentioned that your Payment Challan details were not mentioned in schedule IT ...now for rectification I request you to get guidance from Professionals ... thank you ...

file rectification request giving details of tax paid with Chalan, BSR and date of payment. (attach PDF copy of Challan if possible). In light of this, the demand notice no. so ________ may be withdrawn as the tax is already paid.

if you are not comfirtable in direct reply then take the help of tax consultant or lawyer.
