@ONLYFOR.IPO The problem you are facing might be other investors also facing. One has to be vigilant in Share Market. Before delisting any share the company has to follow certain rules. Accordingly they have to inform the share holders about delisting of the share. They might have offered the delisting price to the shareholders for their holding. You might have overlooked this communication of the company.
As far as both the companies you have mentioned, first try to know whether these are in existence or not. Contact their RTA and the companies. I am doubtful about Kingfisher Airlines existence. Why do you want to remove these companies shares from your demat account ?
I am sharing my experience in Essar Oil and Infinite Computers.
In Essar Oil, I sold the shares on the last date of trading. Here we have to be vigilant.
In Infinite Computers, after buy back my shares were not transferred back in my demat account. So, I was unaware of these shares. Later on I came to know about the shares. I was holding 24 IPO allotted shares in my demat account. As this is a very good company after some years the company purchased the shares at the rates fixed and the amount was credited in my account. The rate was far above the IPO price.
There are agencies which purchase the shares of such delisted companies. You have to find out such genuine agency. These agencies have all information about these companies.
So, let these shares be in demat account. If luck favors, the company may purchase these shares, if in existence.
Otherwise forget both the companies.
