Apply or Avoid ?

There is no risk and you will get listing gain. A safe long term bet too. Eventhough profitability is declining ,it is still OK as it is comparable to other companies in housing sector. Retail investors must apply.

It i apply total 5 lot, should apply together 5 lot or one by one from asba. Suggestion please.

Applying in 5 accounts can fetch more probability of allotment than applying in single account for 5 lots.

As per the info available, Retail category can apply upto Rs 2,00,000. Lot is of 200 shares and Cut-off (or Upper price) Rs 58 for retail. Hence, 17 lots or 3400 shares.
