There is no risk and you will get listing gain. A safe long term bet too. Eventhough profitability is declining ,it is still OK as it is comparable to other companies in housing sector. Retail investors must apply.

Dear Gamble, But.... do you think kostak will rise on its own without rise in gmp? If kostak increases to 1200, then gmp will have to be 30, If 1500, gmp has to be37.50.... considering that gmp operators are anticipating retail appwise around 5 times by looking at current gmp of 26-27 & kostak 1050-1100. Or, otherwise appwise sub will have to decrease to 3.6, if kostak @1500,which is highly unlikely. Still believe ,market will value Hudco @p/bv of 2 (45×2)
Yes that''s the point....p/bv 2 is enough. .. Whatever the gmp goes kostak seller in between 1200/1500 will get it near 87/90 back if goes highers on listing..that/s the fancy in kostak sell imo
Yes, GMP and Kostak are inter-related but it is not directly proportional to Kostak rate. If one is positive that it will list as per ongoing gmp one can keep her application open or else sell at kostak price for optimum return.

As per the info available, Retail category can apply upto Rs 2,00,000. Lot is of 200 shares and Cut-off (or Upper price) Rs 58 for retail. Hence, 17 lots or 3400 shares.
