Mene application me mera SBBJ ka account number mentioned kiya aur BANK name bhi SBBJ mentioned kiya per abhi tak mera amount block nhi hua ..lekin meri application bse site per bid Id show kar rahi hai toh plz explain meri application allotment ke liye consider kari jayegi ya nhi

Can u tell me u have applied via offline application.?
The only thing u can do is to get a confirmation from the bank that your amount is blocked by them for the bid, if they assured u for the same u have chance of getting allotment of shares.
I also belongs to ur category applied the ipo in employee quota via offline application but the amount is not blocked by the bank. I follow up my bank the confirmed me that amount is blocked for the ipo.

Fully ahree with GFN.... If people are not allowed to ask questions to fellow members..... then very existence of this forum will be in danger... Not everybody are experienced enough to fend for themselves ... even the so called experts were novice at one time.. As seen... preaching and practising rarely go together...

1. adsense / cpm advt - which would work more if there is more impressions or clicks, and great part of that is imparted by those members who ask these questions, if we discourage those, traffic would suffer and ultimately earnings would go down. chittorgarh.com had 7,80,000 views in april, and that is because of those less informed investors only

2. affiliate marketing - there are links of various brokers, companies, which people click and forum owner get share, do you think learned members will be intrested in zerodha account? these are the people who click those links

so ultimately they are the customers, just they do not know it

I hc been received asms as application submitted successfully on bse.
Also my asba deba bank blocked Rs.12000.

But on bse website/status, my bid id id not displaying.
What is this.

If a/c in CDSL, Then bid on BSE
If a/c in NSDL, Then bid on NSE

its not depend on cdsl or nsdl a/c, its depend which bank you choose for application submission, my same dp and customer id, if I used and placed in HDFC Bank he submit my application on NSE and same id dp I used in SBI he submit my application on BSE

I am novice to this market, entered 1.5 years back, I am glad you asked me question, Pardon me if you find any fact incorrect

let us take example of demart again to clear this

NII subscribed - 271 times (after technical rejection)

so there has to be lottery, but this lottery is shares applied wise not application wise

ex - demart - 1.
1. 1 application was of 3,91,3000 shares he got 3913000/271 = 14413 shares (no lottery req)
2. 1 application was 29100 shares so he got 29100/271 = 207 shares (no lottery req)
3 many applicants applied for 700 shares so they should get 700/271 = 2.58 share

but here comes minimum lot which is 50, so there will be lottery

if you calculate only 1 out of 19.37 people will gt 1 lot (final ratio worked out 27:522)

so it is lottery, but not application wise, its share no wise

lets make it more simple

what guarantees one lot if you apply in HNI :

multiply lot size * oversubscription of HNI
demart case
50 * 271 = 13550

means if you have applied 13550 shares in demart, you will get guaranteed 50 shares

Also, Those who do not have for them its worth buying after split ?
