Lottery is just an approach. Who knows what happens behind the curtain??? In specific numbering system, atleast you know your application number and understand if its falls under allotment basis.

I doubt they are delaying it due to manipulation, since the basis of allotment is lottery system. Under the shed of lottery, you play the way you want. Totally against lottery system. SEBI should ban lottery system.

I am writing on behalf of all investors. With lottery system, we will loose trust on IPO.

Lottery system is better then you suggested. At least there is equal chance of allotment. In your method only regstrar''s favorite will get benefit because registrar will have the choice to choose. Rest submit your idea at sebi. May be your idea sebi.
