Just receied email from NSDL. NALCO OFS Floor Price is 67 and discount of 5% to retail investors. So you will get 5% on the final bid allocation price

We can expect NALCo 1 year target at 85. Excellent dividend yeild of 3% at CMP of 67 RS.

5% Discount is available to Retailers. But Cut-Off price is different for retailers and others. Hence, the benefit on account of 5% discount is very marginal.

After visiting NSE website I have realized that 19th April is the bidding date (from 9:15am to 3:30pm IST) for Non Retail Investors, while it''s 20th April for Retail investors. I believe placing of bids should be available through brokers like Sharekhan, ICICI Direct, etc tomorrow!

But if I assume it to list at 50 or 55 max...then its book price ratio would be 1....its not gonna happen...but what''s the generalised solution you follow all the time ?
