Nalco ofs to retailers @ 69.80 minus 5 percent discount which is 3.49. So investors who have applied@ 69.80 and above will get shares at the rate which they have made bid less 5 percent discount

Expecting NALCO shares to be allocated to retail investors at 72 plus 5% discount although floor price is 67

I applied under the Cutoff price and just now checked the amount is unblocked. Looks like order is expired . just want to know the reason for not accepting.
I thought cut off means ( fixed price at EOD )

I think cut off means base price which is 67.
And final price would be 69.9 minus 5% for retail

Now that it is confirmed that the HUDCO IPO has been deferred to 30th June ... Therefore all Grey Sauda done uptodate will be cancelled ... Coz the trade norm is that Grey Sauda is valid for maximum of 2 months from date of trade …

Hence, if IPO is delayed by more than 2 months from start of Grey Sauda ... Then all Grey Sauda to be cancelled ... e.g. CDSL ...

so do i need to refund money if i have taken..
