How the hell is it possible that someone is getting 2 lots when some investors are getting none in retail category??

It means that lien will be removed from your account for that amount , but obvious if you are not allotted then lien needs to be removed then whats the matter of being shocked ?

amount debited from HDFC but allotment status pending in karvy registrar

Say if i have 2 demat accounts one with zerodha and another with sharekhan, and i apply 1 lot each from both zerodha and sharekhan, Any possibility that i will get 2 lots one each to different Demat account?? note that i am using same PAN in both the brokers/demat accounts.

u can not apply with same PAN no

If same PAN for first or sole holder in both a/c, it shall be treated as ''multiple application'' and both shall be rejected.

You are not correct.

Allotment was done. but not put in the website.

Applicants whot have registered with KARVY are getting status on specific request and in some other cases relevant banks are sending the messages of debiting the amount.

Allotment was done, 10000000% sure.
