What is the meaning of upper cap and lower cap(limit) for share. How it is diside. How can we see these limit and where we can see these limit for share.
In HPL issue, Most of the NBFC/Banks had not financed to QIB/HNI, some NBFC financed @10%PA with 5% margin. Cost of interest to HNI is approx 8-9. In this IPO, most of the QIB and HNI category is not participate for listing gain only except 15-20 percent of allotment in HNI category, only retailers category have available for sell on listing day so In my opinion it will be not happen again a forced sell as IPL listing day. HPL GMP was not more than 10 in all days so there is no chance to sell by any applicant in Grey Market.Geo Political tension is a major issue in current days.
Even if it lists at offer price, try to sell asap.( Listing at offer price is difficult first of all) there will be lot of selling pressure from retail which can take it to 180 levels or mayb we can see 170 too....seems over priced to me. Low margin business n high competition. Pe is also on d higher side
