This company has no linkage with havells. Promoter name is written as Havells creat false impression. Heavy debt borne company and seems prone to fund diversions to group company & subsidiary. More over product of the company is not of good quality as it is not popular in ncr where the company is situated.in my opinion IPO is not attractive.

I want to know regarding price band of IPO Rs.175-Rs.202.
My query is if i applied with price of RS.202 and if company decide the final price Rs.175,
will i get refund of the other amount Rs.(202-175) =27 per share? Or i will get the shares at the price which i have applied on.

What will be the market capitalsation of HPL at upper band ?

This IPO is really good. As far as subscription is concerned, investors are waiting as the issue will close on 26th Sep and they do not want to block their money.

I recommended infibeam when all experts at chittorgarh were against. See where it is now.
