@lokes @MRavi Sir, what is happening in recently listed, so called very good quality and hugely subscribed SME IPOs viz. Concord Control Systems, Insolation Energy, Amiable Logistics, Vital Chemical, All E Tech, Varanium Cloud & so on. Some are having LC or falling 7-8% daily for last 3 days. Not to mention about average SMEs. Is it profit booking or something else and what should be done with SME holdings now? Whether it will affect upcoming SMEs IPOs / listings? Need your gudance urgently as the pain is unbearable. Please do respond. Thanks 🙏 🙏

@ipo share : either its mainboard or sme's , up down keep coming in markets... and whatever names you mentioned, you know how much is their issue price and how much they listed and after that how much they ran up after listing, so same way they are coming down simply, no big deal....still most are at much higher levels after listing except recent ones like vital/All E .... its profit booking mainly due to sentiments changing in market, so it is already having impact on upcoming and ongoing sme's gmp/listing etc, everyone tries to secure their profits.....i entered in insolation and cargotrans on listing and already booked profit long back in both when they moved enough high levels..
so remember to be careful in sme's and keep booking profit at regular levels and be careful of new buying levels/entry in any sme....and most important is that take some new risky bet only if we have some good profit giving bets also with us already and we can manage with some losses....
out of 100, some few becomes multibagger but in try to chasing them we cant keep holding everything as we won't be knowing which one will really perform or not, until some very good results etc, as fundamentals won't matter much in short term....even kn agri having lesser PE valuations and good sector and one of highest subscribed sme is hovering around some levels from many months and not moving up....

@lokes I understand that you have taken correct decision to book profit regularly. I admit my mistake. It would be very helpful if you could please advise whether I should still book whatever profit I am getting in smes or should wait for current volatto settle down because I am unable to understand when it will stop. Thanks 🙏
after settling, only quality stocks will rise, then after some time turns comes to average stocks. bad stocks won't rise after falling.
assume period of minimum 3 months to get yoyr price back (only for quality and average ones).

@iposhare: No one can judge till how long this price correction will continue in sme's, if someone having profits in the good run ipos like varanium cloud or concord they may try selling via amo LC price orders and booking profit...in other good ones like insolation etc you may wait for some months.....things may settle down in some weeks or may take months so if you can wait and hold then try holding and booking profits in some...some good ones may again start hitting uc when things turns better...
And its not that i have taken correct decision always, its just about risk management, many times when i booked profit then share keep moving up also but many times they goes down also after we book profit and many times i also stuck in bad ones and keep trying to book loss by putting daily orders, everyone does mistakes and should keep learning from them....no one is perfect...

Market is in panic mode. All newly listed stocks are bleeding. 😬 My portfolio is good only because of some profits from other stocks. lost 3-4 lakhs profit. Dharmaj is an excellent stock for long term don't worry about the loss if you can hold for long term. Apply for IPOs with good subscription alone.

I don't really average/add stocks unless there is change in financials like new results have come and it is good. So don't try to compensate loss by adding more of that stock.
Average is only to be done when there upward journey starts.
Don't average until it is going down.

@ipoaspire: i have sold all my allotted shares at multiple levels of 250/260/270 when it kept going down and was not checking after that and now surprised to see it at below 200 levels....even after good subscriptions in all categories, strange its went down so much..... Always have some stoploss in mind or in terminal and come out of stock when its not performing as expected...in my view its financials were good and it has shown steady growth in its revenue/profits and should keep showing growth in future as per its business/sector but share price kept going down continuously after listing so i wanted to protect my profit whatever was there for short term since can't say how long it will take to recover, no point in stucking for long.... so please be careful in future about stoploss and don't buy with big amounts in 1 shot, now you need to give more time here and you can do some averaging now or if it further go down if u have some funds....and keep trying selling when it comes back around 240/250/260 levels....

@ipoaspire: yes i will apply here....i have already posted my view on uma page in this thread: https://www.chittorgarh.com/ipo/ipo_discussions.asp?a=1352&c=568785&ap=0 @arca: you bought 2 lots in pritika so atleast avoid doing that in these days and things can be very risky with such huge amounts and 1-2 share losses can take away our other share good profit....so better to see share movements in initial some days and take action accordingly means we need to sell also in some loss if things not going as expected instead of holding on our trust and then seeing loss increasing.....i also need to be more careful now in new buying after losses in some of recent sme shares...

I was overwhelmed being right on varanium when all where saying fraud company. profit made me greedy , over confident and my capital also increased after some borrowing so i thought of adding 2 lots of each ipo than 1 lot which back fired due to bad timing. Ambo is acting like healthy life and pritika like precision😐.
Went through RHP and some other data from internet Pros: Asset lite business model, debt free company, good google reviews about the company, valuation looks reasonable, no litigation against promoter Cons: No moat in the business model, poor cash flows due to money got stuck in receivables

Many notworthy sme ipo rates are going down. So , better donot invest for only listing gains, since the markets are slightly shaky, not in full mood. Example - phantom fx listed at 300+ but now trading near 200
As per RHP, they will use Rs. 11.6 cr in working capital. I fail to understand what is the need of working capital here? its a commission based business. at max 2-3 months creditor is required. they have Nil debt so can always consider debt in case of marginal needs.
In WC estimate, they are showing PBT to decrease from 4.96 cr in FY 2022 to 3.70 cr in FY 2023. Yet, there is increase of Rs. 11 crore in receivables.
Every company requires working capital. Can fund internally (companies sitting on high cash) or externally (debt, ipo fund etc) Debtor days will depend on company and the sector. So need to compare with peers. As you rightly said, there are more receivables. Need to observe whether these are converting into cashflows or not in future
As on June, there are tax liability of Rs. 3.28 crore which company needs to immediately pay. (same was 3.63 cr in March). There is additional current liability of Rs. 3 crore which also needs to be paid. Against this Rs. 6 crore of immediate payment, company has only 2 cr. cash.
About 2 cr. receivable are more than 6 months old which i believe is a bad debt. Normal billing to payment cycle is only 2 months.
Company is evaluating acquisition however funds are not sought for the same.
Overall, i think IPO is done to wash away past sins - bad debts, paying tax liabilities etc..I may be wrong but somehow not finding funds need justifiable.
Will avoid this. I am new to SME and will track this for learning.
Respected members Request if someone can throw some light on following issue related to MARKET MAKER:- 1. As per definition - The Underwriters of the issue usually are investment banks or financial institutions who have IPO specialist in their team and they give guarantees for a specific number of shares to be sold at that initial price and they will purchase any surplus shares. 2. Market Maker has underwritten 85 % of the issue. What is the meaning of point number 2 and how it is undesirable or dangerous? Please if someone can explain. Thanks
Also, many a times these Market Makers are found frequently in Bulk Deals of an IPO. It appears that if they are responsible for stock movement (irrespective of fundamentals of a company). In another word they are also a kind of operator.
Seller at 20 iska matlab kya hota hai.. please mujhe thoda batayenge..!?! Mujhe isme Grey me kaise working hoti hai wo nahi pata hai jyada.. I want to learn..
@IPOLEADER Ok, Understood sir.. so suppose I have applied in this.. and allottment process is not yet completed.. so can I still sell this in grey mkt at 20 Premium if I am able to find a dealer.. is it..?🤔

Fundamentally and business wise Homesfy is the best. Then comes Arihant, RBM. May think of Moxsh going by GMP for listing gains only. Uma can be ignored. Dollex is completely AVOID.

Yes. At 2 places, it is reasonably priced and at 1 place fully priced. Moreover, PE has been derived based on only Q1 of FY23 (Q2 has been ignored).. PE based on FY22 full year should also have been mentioned to take an informed decision.
