There was listing of 11 SMEs during the last month of the year 2022 I.e. December. Fortunately 9 got positive listing and 2 got negative listing. A very good month in view of the above. Allotment in SMEs is very difficult in view of the heavy over subscription and lot of disappointment is seen. For the New Year, first listing is likely to give return in positive only. I have not got any allotment. Wishing all the members a healthy and wealthy New Year. Members may get allotment in good numbers in SMEs during 2023.
MD of Homesfy recently gave earning guidance in the international conference of real estate held in South East Asia, according to which they can easily deliver 10x growth in 3-5 years time period. Even Mr. Girish Gulati and Sameer Arora have shown their interest in this startup pre IPO. Disclaimer: I am allotted and going to buy more on listing day.
@Lokesh Sir Please update on grey market & guide us.

@Arjun Rajkot Please provide inputs on GMP and listing estimate of Homesfy. After poor and surprisingly negative listing of Moxsh, your guidance is more important now. Thanks 🙏

Not surprised to watch the negative listing of Moxsh. Actually the pricing of this ipo was very very high and the business model is also not impressive. You will find this type of company ( consultant) in Gujarat, Punjab and many other states of India. The promoters of the company have taken the advantage of SME boom. Investors are required to be extra vigilant while choosing the ipos. Otherwise jitna Kamaya nahi utna gava denge. So be smart and don't be so greedy looking the gmp only.
Today's listing of Moxsh surprised all, only fundamental will work not subscription, dilip davda sir clearly mentioned avoid to moxsh.

As usual, NO Allotment though applied in HNI category. This is my 28th SME since Sept.22, with 2 applications, mostly HNI category, on each Issue But NOT even a single Allotment. During the same period, Got Allotments in Syrma SGS, DREAMFOLKS, TMB, KAYNES and SULA, out of 13 MAINBOARD Issues applied. I feel there is something fishy in SME allotments. Will be happy to share the experience of members in this Forum.
I can understand your pain since I went through the same. One tip for you: Unlike mainboard IPOs, higher the number of lots you apply in SME, higher the chances of getting shares allocated. Keep applying and never lose hope.
I had recently spoken to the promoter, very professionally driven startup and expected to grow very well in next few years. Good growth in bottom line also expected. Corporate governance is very strong. Expect to make great returns in long term. With profits just increasing multi bounds, the PE will fall significantly this year itself.
Go check on their website - one of the very few companies, who made a very thorough business presentation just like a large corporate.
