Expecting it to debut at 700-750 and move towards 900 , will keep trailing sell order , who knows it might also give 100% return like Indigo.

@Experts, I am seeing posts that HFF IPO will list at rs.700. Is it a good thought to buy immediately at listing price, in short term perspective.
Indigo paints has increased highly from listing price, are there any chances of HFF also gain high ?
Please suggest.

It is fundamentally good company for long term. It may not go Indigo way because there are not many people who have shorted and looking at the way pre-open traders got trapped in indigo not many will come and short tomorrow morning so Indigo like short covering rally may not be seen but it will slowly and steadily keep rising with intermittent correction which can be used to accumulate more shares for 3-5 years.

Hffc would list definitely around 700+++++

Today nifty closed all time high and GMP back to that lvls.
So
690-750 could be the range for tomorrow

@Dhaval.... Most important difference is that there was gap between burger and bector which allowed NBFCs to fund both and HNIs to apply in both. HNIs could not apply in with full force in HomeFirst because of overlap in IPO dates and Commitment for Indigo before HomeFirst announcement and NBFCs not having funds for HomeFirst. Look at bector HNI subscription and HomeFirst Hni Subscription. Basically HNI cost was very high in Bectors. With recent Mazgaon experience many HNIs sold at break even price.
FYI - HNIs lost heavily in Mazgaon.

Budget has given further momentum to affordable housing segment. I will not sell immediately after listing.

IMO, operators will utilize current post budget buoyancy in stocks to jack up the price after retailers exits. People with higher risk taking capacity may decide to hold at least till end of day others may exit earlier with whatever gains it lists with.
