Can anyone share any official site or blog or group where I can receive buyback, dividend related news when company announce or immediately?
Ps: I am not the one who frequent watch on market hence many times I am missing such news and occasions. And when I come to know, price of particular script already up.

My demat credited 1lot but amount not debited from my account still shows lien. UPI app PhonePe shows auto mandate failed.

Everything is fine, your money is being deducted from your account. You will get the shares if it has been credited to you. Upi apps are just sometimes acts wierdly.

Simple Rule For Tackling IPO listing Day . Just Look at the Demand at 9:40 if There Is 2:1 Ratio Between Buy and Sell Orders Then Wait For 10:00 , Otherwise Put a Limit Before 9:45. If IPO was In Demand ( It was Like Tough Allotment Like HNI 300+× ) then You Can Use Stoploss And Wait For Whole Day. As There can Be Fund Buying anytime whole Day. Fund Buyer Do not See P/E so they Can Buy at any Price. It will increase Your Chances To sell on the Top.
As I saw Today that There was One Buyer for 1.50 Lakh Shares at 2700 So I didn''t Sell my Shares Of Indigo and I could Sell it On upper Circuit. I saw 2500 But I had A faith that it can Go Up and It made My Day.
This Strategy may Be Wrong in some Point of Time Bcz Market Can Make Anybody Wrong . ( Basic Rule "No Regrets" )
