12:00 p.m. on T+2 day i.e. two days after closure of the issue, would lapse. In Phase II, all
block / collect requests which have not been acted upon by 12:00 p.m. on T+1 day i.e. one
day after closure of the issue, would lapse.

NII = 20.00K Crs. = ~115.57X
RII = 20.00L Forms = 7.18X Applic. wise (Avg allotment of ~3.90 shares per lot)

Interest cost *@9.00%p.a.* for 7days = 89.41paise for 1X

Thus, for NII the costing = 115.57 X 89.41paise = Rs.103.33 per share (= GMP)

And, for RII the costing = 103.33 X 3.90 = Rs.403/- (= Kostak)

In my view HFFL retail portion will be undersubscribed on lines of Aavas. Retail holding (less than Rs 2 lakh face value) is just 2.29% and number of shareholders are less than 25000. Their average market value comes around Rs. 2 lakh indicating hardly any retail holding for a share listed just 2 years ago and have underperformed index movement from date of listing

Retail applicant should take call on last day i.e. Jan 25th so you are able to avoid weekend issues too

Make sense to apply on last day only..👍👍 but this may list 600+ ...and now a days retailers are crazy I don''t think retail portion will not subscribed fully...
