@AJ IPO There is no chance you cant be allotted in any case...
even if there are multiple application in same lot.. all application will get one confirm lots and if any extra lots will be via lottery.
For example:
If there are 4 application in 144 lots and if 18000 shares needs to be allotted among them, which is 6 lots to be distributed among 4 applicant and which is more then number of applicant then it will be accordingly
All 4 applicant will get 1 lot each
and other 2 lots will be via lottery among 4
So 2 applicant will get 2 lots = 4 lots
and 2 applicant will get 1 lot = 2 lots
this is the correct way to allot.
if there are 3 applicant in 144 and 5 lots needs to be distributed then
all 3 applicant will get 1 lot first and then the extra 2 lots will be via Lottery among all 3
if there are 5 applicant in 144 and 8 lots needs to be distributed then
all 5 applicant will get 1 lot first and then the extra 3 will be via lottery among all 5.
if there is anything other way then i am sure it is not the right way.
Looking forward to other experts view too on this.
