#HMA Avoid for me
main reasons:
1. cow (they say its not the case, but i dont believe it) /buffalo meat company

2. IT Raid at Promoter in Nov 22. The department is also investigating several of the HMA Group's suppliers, as most of the transactions with the suppliers have been shown to be done in cash, while several dozen vendors have been proven to be fake. 14 such vendors have been traced to local residents of Agra, who were either working with the company as employees or were completely unattached, with no information that their name was being used by the company in forgery.

3. Declining revenue, stable emp cost and increasing profit ? kya emp salary increase nahi mangenge ? i dont know if reduction of 5% other cost justifies this

4. increase in borrowing 🥵
5. no result for Mar 23 ? 😳
6. 25 cr liability in various cases incuding 3 criminal cases
7. poor OPM, NPM

9. Promoter is Ex BSP MLA

मेरे घर से 1400 km दूर गुजरात के वलसाड शहर मेरी बहन की marrige 2009 में हुई थीं, बहन के ससुराल वाले आए दिन गाली गलौज और मारपीट करते रहते थे लेकिन आज 22/06/2023 को बोल रहे है कि तुम घर से निकल जाओ, मेरे पहुंचने में 3_4 दिन लग जायेंगे तब तक पता नहीं वो लोग क्या करेंगे

Avoid this costly ipo. It will not give you big return. Infact go for following mid caps which will give you more return.
Varroc, sterlight, jubilant foodwork,
Nuvoco, spark, gravita.
All this are very attractive compare to this
Ipo.
