Various companies are being raided for GST in Uttar Pradesh as the government thinks people are evading taxes by showing low revenue.

Even mirza international was raided on 21st June. For posting 1/10th revenue which was infact due to stock split.

No need to panic on situations where government does blind raids and finds out nothing. Stick to basic fundamentals while applying IPOs and investing.

raids should be done on all illegal businesses, when BJP in power it should raid on opponents illegal businesses, and when SP or BSP in power they should raid on their opponents illegal businesses.
this is not happening in karnataka, here every ruling party is saving opponents illegal businesses bcos all 3 parties are corrupt

I didn't apply in this one due to personal beliefs.
But, I've been vocal that there is high probability of listing gains in this one.

SEBI should examine the source of funding of big / previously unknown investors for all IPOs. Regulators should check whether there is a Pakistan connection in Indian IPOs.

I was not going through this IPO page as was not applying. Suddenly I wanted to see the subscription figures. Forget all for now.
So, sorry to read the post of Mr. Jsiswal who is 1400 kms. away from Valsad, a city of Gujarat. His sister is suffering from domestic violence. I am so pleased to read that the members of our Forum has positive views regarding this incident. Also helping Mr.Jaiswal in this regard.
If family matters are solved within family by intervention of third party, it will be matter of pride. There is always a solution of a problem. All the situation to be consulted within the Jaiswal family with elders and necessary action to be taken. Life is precious. Humiliation can't be accepted. Due help to be taken from well wishers including members of this forum from Valsad.

It's good to note that all is becoming well gradually.
However, in such cases please be doubly sure about the well being of your sister. Sometimes the solution is only superficial. It may give us a false feeling that all is well.
When a situation is resolved by negotiations, it doesn't sound too well.
In case of dowry issues, generally it has been seen that the problem resurfaces time and again. I am not trying to sound negative but we have seen such cases.
So best is to take your sister in confidence and talk to her at length.

The worst subscription figures in principle.
But looking into thr views of the members, it looks a good figure. QIBs have not taken interest and figures looking like managed.
Whenever the Promoters enter with IPO they are capable to sail through it. Done.
I have not applied, so no worries about listing gains. It was a choice of individual investor and not collective.

If not, mail to registrar. If yes, contact bank and show registrar message.

Since SHNI and retail portions are under subscribed, so will we get allotment if applied at the lower price band of Rs 555?
